Before you were born, I had a hard time deciding on your name. I wanted your name to be special, meaningful and you being my source of motivation. I listed out several options but none I feel suit you (trust my own instincts). And so I named you Delisha Nur Malinda.
Delisha= “Happy and make others happy”
Malinda= Your grandma name and someone I look up to
My little girl, you’re one of the greatest blessing of Allah and may He protect you wherever you are. Thank you for bringing light to my life! Love youuuuuu!❤️ #lovehaterelationship
This scene seem familiar to any parents out there?! On those days when everyone seems to be getting on each other’s nerves 😬😩🤯 click link in bio for a list of pj books to help restore the calm 😊🙌🙏📚👨👩👧👦
On this #selfcaresunday , I said 'bye' to coffee. I've mentioned my love/hate relationship with coffee on here before, and maybe some of you can relate? -- Sipping on morning coffee is a great way to start the day, and feels like a life-saver on those days when we're slow & less productive. But for me, in the long-term it has given me adverse effects such as increased anxiety, insomnia, palpitations, dry mouth, and a DEPENDENCE on it, which I despise. On days when I wanna give my brain a break from coffee, I get the nasty withdrawal headaches & feel super SLOW, so of course to avoid these symptoms I feel Iike I HAVE to drink it, even though I don't want to. It's no surprise that caffeine is the most widely used psychoactive substance in the world. And before any of my fellow coffee lovers out there get upset, I'm fully aware of the BENEFITS coffee has.
But the point of my post is: if any of you start noticing that coffee also has a negative impact on you (such as causing anxiety, decreased sleep, etc), then there's nothing wrong with trying to quit the beloved substance. It happens to me all the time (I've cycled off of it over 10x), and I also observe the negative effect it can have on some of my patients. PS: I'm not saying goodbye to caffeine completely -- I am switching over to tea.
Are you a coffee lover or tea lover?? #coffee#tea#lovehaterelationship
These kids butt heads most of the day, but once in a while they do actually get along for more then a few minutes. And so my camera comes out, obviously. It’s always sweet to see and melts my heart. 💗 #brothers#lovehaterelationship#momofboys
