Anxiety is a huge part of my life that I wish never existed within me. There are days, weeks when hours are filled with darkness, fear, tears, shakes and uncertainty. There were days when I just didn’t have the strength or motivation to dig myself out; it was almost as if it were easier to suffocate myself with this illness – and it is easier, but its not worth it to take the easy route. You wont get better, I can promise you that.
Every time I get an attack now, these are my go-to poses to dilute the attack and rather then it lasting hours (like it use to) it now maybe last a half-hour to an hour if I do these poses.
These poses involved changing your mindset, finding a clear breathe, reversing your energy flow, opening your hips (our hips store a shit ton of our emotions), opening your heart to bring you to a calmer place ❤️
If you have an attack, get active and get OUT of your mind and into your entire body.
I’ll hold some of these poses from 5-20 minutes, until I can feel my energy reverse and exit my body, that’s when I get up, that’s when I know that I shook it off.

The one thing we probably struggle with the most as adults is decision making. As children, our parents make them for us, but as we grow we are faced with learning the trade of adulthood, and with that comes choices and responsibility for making them. I think sometimes we have too much choice and that confuses us so we don’t know where to start. We’re afraid of making the wrong decision and the consequences of that because we are wired to seek out the good things in life and we don’t want any grief. At times we wish that someone else could make the decision for us, but when offered advice we usually turn it down, so there’s no helping us anyway. The only thing you can do is take time to think about your decisions. Don’t rush into making them, that’s when regret can seep in. Making decisions on a whim, based on a negative emotion that will eventually pass may make your decision the wrong one. Wait until you’re in a happier place, then look at it again. Your emotions determine how you see things and when you’re feeling down, things always appear worse than they are. Therefore, you can’t make a clear decision because you’re not seeing the reality of things. Once in a better place emotionally, you’ll be able to see the wood through the trees and make correct decisions that will be beneficial for you. This is the difference between following the ‘Society says’ sign, and the sign that says ‘Your Life’. If you’re clear headed, happy and mentally strong you’re more likely to go where YOU want to go, not where you think you should be going. So if you’re stressed and confused right now sit back, breathe, and just wait a while, there’s no rush. Forget about it for a bit, concentrate on self care, get happy, and then make your decision. .

Where to start, some may think that self love is a flaw, being ‘up yourself’ or a sign of vanity.
But this is not the case - self love is so important. I myself have struggled with it.
You know the feeling when you miss the gym or you mess up at work - that doubt and anger you put on yourself.
Self love is about giving yourself a break when you miss a workout, or when you choose to eat that carrot cake and not judging yourself for it.
✖️Be positive, give yourself a break..
✖️Be kind not only to others but too yourself..
✖️This is different for everyone...but the concept is the same.
For me lately my workout routine has been out of whack but I know that my body needs a rest, especially being all over the place with hormones and my body working over time..
My inner voice has been giving me grief but I’ve learnt you have to push past and focus on the positives.

It's a fact of life that YOU, yes, YOU are allowed to struggle. You don't have to pretend, or hide how you feel. You are allowed to fall, but remember to never stop fighting until you're back on your feet. Because you deserve to find happiness and the only way to find it, is to take care of yourself, fight that negativity that wells in your brain, fight the evil thoughts and feelings like they're a bad cold- KEEP LIVING, and one day you'll find yourself. 💕 I find it hard to fit in with people, they think I'm "depressing" and I struggle from day to day with liking myself, or figuring out who I am too. I feel lost in a life that is going no where, and sometimes feel like there's more than one of me sharing the same body. Strange I know, but that's me. I can't help my mental state, and I can only try so hard to act "happy" for other people when I'm not, just so they wont think I'm a kill joy. But I WILL NOT let the darkness in my head win, I will keep fighting, because I know deep down I deserve to feel happy, I deserve to feel like I belong among others, in my own body and in the life I lead. I'm sorry to all the people I've ever brought down, but I won't apologise for not being who you want me to be. That's not how life works. Instead of trying to change myself inside, and out I'm trying to fix the person I already am.
It’s important to look after yourself even when the people around you need looking after.
