So on this lovely sunny day we returned to our favourite place @camdenmarketldn and made a second visit to @themacfactorylondon and tried Mambo Italiano! Consisting of their signature mac and cheese with smoked pancetta, mushrooms and garlic. So delicious! We only wish it was in a bigger tub as stirring it got a bit tense and messy! Feeling all fanceh with this fried chicken and caviar benedict at @carteblancheldn by Chef Andy Taylor (co-founder of Le Bun). Intended to try their dinner menu which features fried chicken and caviar but it wasn't available just yet at the time I went ( which was early in the afternoon, im an idiot i know ) but I guess this was close enough yas ? £14 for this whole thing, small but its caviar we are talking about!

All I really want to say is how vastly proud I am of this dish, and that I wish I could execute all of my dishes at this level
It is absolutely okay to be proud of yourself. It is unhealthy to not be. This is one of my BEST DISHES in a WHILE, if not ever, and I say that with zero ego

Monday definitely feels like a balancing act and we're standing on our tippy toes to get through this tower of sweet potato fries! 😬We don't need any help though, we can inhale this lot quicker than you can say snakes and ladders! 😜

The burrata pugliese was yummy because who doesnt like buratta?! 。
Their smoked buffalo mozzarella bresao was disappointing because the cheese was quite hard and dry☹️
Pizza no.4 (ham, ricotta and mushrooms with extra chilli) was nice but on the dry side because it had little tomato (my fault for not requesting more tomato🍅 ) 。
Franco and lloyds salad 🥗 not worth the price, unlikely to order it again!
Whilst the food was generally okay, the service was shockingly absent, maybe it was a quiet evening for them but none of the staff cracked a smile even when we paid the bill! We even saw a few potential diners come in and leave after being seated because I think they felt a bit neglected! For a chain that imo have a good rep for their food, I hope this was just a bad night for them...
