A couple weeks ago I got to go with @thelivereview to review The Naturalist by Manor House and the food was incredible! This was my starter, tomato salsa, mushrooms and a poached egg with hollandaise sauce on sourdough bread.
Bee sting in German. A speciality made with sweet yeast dough and a baked-on topping of caramelized almonds then filled with a vanilla custard. This one is popular so arrive early! Look at that crust🐝
Brunch goals at @ask_for_janice yesterday with the team! 🥂 Boozy brunch for two hours - three small plates each, unlimited Bucks Fizz/Bloody Mary or Salty Dog (gin & grapefruit juice - delicious!), and they're actually unlimited! The waitresses kept us topped up and stagger our courses across the two hours. Only £35 too. So good! Would highly recommend, and this isn't even an ad, we just genuinely loved it 🙌🏻
Nutella stuffed cookies from "the" Claire (@claire_jconner), and A Pie Party (@apieparty)
Ok, so maybe I'm getting a little carried away? What? no! I'm not talking about eating cookies and pies every weekend (although I still haven't eaten the nutella cookie). I'm talking about the stacking the mini brownies!!!
and I'm loving the spoon in this shot! Picked it up from This Shop Rocks on Brick Lane!
You can pick up beautiful pies and cookies, including the new version of the October special! Head down to the stalls at both Vicky Park (@victoriaparkmkt), and Maltby Street (@maltbystmarket).
