Big pressing/shoulder day. There's a reason @terryrady has the best shoulders this side of the butcher. First/Last of my main movers. 4x10 log strict press - 114 & 104, 3x12 incline bench - 135 & 145, and 5x3 3 board press - 185 & 195. A couple failures in there. The gym didn't have boards so I improvised. Tons of shoulder/triceps death followed. Phone was dying so I couldn't film, plus I'm not trying to give away all of Terry's secrets. I can feel every cubic inch of my muscle growing already. After 2 days!
Stone Bay gym is the premier gym here. @educated_heathen_ has it running in top shape and it's going to be my long term home from now on. -----
