What’s everyone meal prepping today?! It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the kitchen on a Sunday to meal prep and it feels good.
Making a few burger patties so I can make my loco moco during the week. It’s one of my new favorite recipes I’m sharing with you next month. I could bathe in the gravy if given the opportunity. 😂

It’s my first time here and it was definitely great customer service. Restaurant setup and design gave a nice feel to it and I enjoyed the food also.

Swipe ➡️ for a video of the sizzling gravy! 😋 The loco moco has a grass fed beef patty, fried egg, and gravy. While this dish was yummy and theatrical, it's a little pricey in my opinion for the small amount. Much more worth it IMO to try other dishes on their menu, like the bento, which I've posted about before! However, it was a great opportunity to try loco moco, since I haven't really seen it in the Boston area 😊
I sent @jennalvarado33 a photo of a #locomoco dish from Hawaii that I've been craving. She remembered my description, gathered the ingredients, whipped it up blindly since she's never had it before, and surprised me for dinner! PERFECTION!
