And I’m having my coffee somewhat hot, I put 4 ice cubes in, so it’s not hot and not cold!
I have some kind of tea everyday with my husband, this is how we get our collagen because I don’t drink coffee very often at all! ☕️☕️☕️

Crushing the last workout #legday of the week!! I am feeling so much more energized and clearly loving my built in rest days🙌🏻 My nutrition this week has been pretty damn good compared to previously starting this program so I have to give myself a pat on the back for that.

The only thing that didn’t get better with time was my hairline 😂😂😂 Just an FYI if you’re hair is falling out while doing keto or losing weight in general, you need protein, biotin and collagen. 
And you’re most likely experiencing something called telogen effluvium which is basically where you’ve lost enough weight that your body is playing catch up and your hair is the last thing it’s focused on!  So don’t panic, it’s not forever, just temporary!

Ingredients:
• 3 cups UNSWEETENED plant milk (I use oat milk) • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (for natural colouring- optional I used @sarifoodcompany brand)
• 1 tsp Himalayan salt
• 1 tsp (white) miso paste
• 1 tbs vegan butter (I used soy free vegan butter)
• 225 g dried macaroni (I use small elbow macaroni)
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
• 2/3 cup UNSWEETENED non dairy cream mixed with 2 tbs tapioca starch (I used arrowroot)
• 1 tbs lemon juice (I used lime)
🤤
Instructions:
1. In a pot, add plant milk, turmeric, salt, miso paste, and vegan butter stir or whisk until everything dissolves, and bring to a boil.
2. Add dried macaroni and stir, making sure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Simmer on medium low heat and continue to stir throughout the rest of cooking time (about 10-12 minutes) 
3. Once the liquid thickens (after 8 minutes have passed) have a taste to make sure the pasta is cooked. 
4. Add the rest of the ingredients: nutritional yeast, non dairy cream mixed with tapioca starch, and lemon juice. Then, mix well. 
5. Continues to cook for a few minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the pasta to absorb flavours.
6. Serve hot, preferably with a dash of cayenne pepper or paprika. 
7. Indulge.

Le persone ingrassano perché accumulano gli sgarri , una pizza il sabato sera , il giorno dopo l'aperitivo , poi una festa , poi un altra ricorrenza e dopo mesi si iniziano ad accumulare anche i chili ! -

Not eating meat/dairy was an easier decision than most people think, there is always the question 'do you just eat vegetables?' and silly other things, obviously not, there are so many meat/dairy alternatives out there. My main reason for not eating meat was whilst watching a poor animal get slaughtered on a programme and I was so upset for this animal, but was eating a burger at the same time, that to me did not make sense, I immediately put the burger down and have not ate meat since, then becoming vegan came naturally. #vegan
