They're back! I don't know how I would do without my mangoes. These are so amazingly delicious - perfectly sweet, ripe, and juicy. Their exotic scent and super bright 🔆 colours (inside and out) are to die for, and they taste like heaven on earth. I had five of them in the afternoon today as my first meal of the day, and I'll probably have a big salad later tonight to get my greens in. I've had no cravings for cooked foods for months now, and I'm pretty confident that they're part of the equation 😊 Thank you @rawfruitfestival, as always.
Six years down the road it stills feels so good to be on this lifestyle. I am still amazed by the healing forces at play, the healthy relationship I now have with food, and the wellness and energy that comes with no longer eating animal products, sugar, gluten, and junk food, and limiting cooked foods. I feel so grateful.
Right now in my stories is a quick overview of how to make veggie fritters using chickpea flour! It’s a great omelette alternative for breakfast or could also be used for burger patties or even as a main dish with sides. Ranch dip is also a great idea. Possibilities are endless! #ThankMeLater

Few years ago I was in strong depression, felt that I do not fit to this world. Sadness, pannic atacks, feeling off nomsense all time.
I was smoking, drinking alcohol , i was not active with my body.
Guess what helps me to overcome depression... FRUITS, greens and minimal dose of movement.
Depression is manifestation of weak glands, adrenals , thyroid. If you want realy overcome Your depression start to care of them!
Drop all stimulants alco, cafeeine, tea, salt, spiced food. Start to alkalize Your body by REAL LIVING FOOD.
How can you be empowered when you do eat dead, processed food?
Start to make place for new, fresh clean energy through doing something that takes a bit of energy..
YES you do not have energy but Im not asking for much.
I’ve started with cleaning one plate :) . That was first small step to win my depression cause I was totally not able to do anything except laying in bed and bake some fries when I was damnly hungry.
Small steps takes little energy and that was enoigh to do space to freshone. After first step there was next, and next. It takes about three months to feel much better and now, since this time i feel free. There are some feelings panic or sadness in me but it is normal, my glands are healing because I realy care of them . Feelings are normal. I read it like signal that my mindset or environment need some changes.
I use fresh living food in my diet, many herbs, workout and icebath regularly.
So do first steps to overcome this state. Noone will help you! That is your decission to take a responsibility for your own life.
There are so many ways to rise up your energy, best if you use it at the same time: eat living food (fresh juices and sprouts are best for begining), pranayamas (kaphalabathi, bhastrika), grounding in nature, ice bath/cold showers, working with prana, holistic activity f ex yoga or tibetan rituals.
Once you’ll start you will feel a deffererence i swear. Just small steps! I believe in you.

WILD APPLE PICKING WAS A SUCCESS!!! They don’t look the PRETTIEST but they are more powerful than ANYTHING you’ll find in the store. You can just FEEEEEL the power of them...and that connection off the branch into your body is priceless. Nature wins again. Day 10 of eating only apples. 4 more days to go then I’m making the switch to grapes for awhile. Shoutout to @leavesandwanders and everyone else still going strong on the #lightandleavesfruitfast . You have to be pretty committed to this lifestyle and the evolution of your mind/body/soul to be on this journey still. I see you all and couldn’t be happier about the progress humans are making right now. They are currently pulling out all the cards to harvest our light, keep on shining bright 🌞 and keep on opening up your heart.
