It's official. I'm hooked on the first page. I can absolutely see why my son recommended this book. .
So I cannot be the only one that dabbles in middle grade reading. In talking with the hubs, he actually reminded me that Harry Potter indeed is classified as middle grade. I was late getting on the Harry Potter train and didn't get into it until I was 20 (GASP I KNOW!) So I guess to me, it didn't really come across as a younger read- I just thought it was an absolutely lovely story.
And that is EXACTLY what Savvy is turning into for me. So fess up! Who else out there enjoys the occasional middle grade read? Leave your suggestions below!

Can everyone help me congratulate @authorkristynicolle for her NEW release “The Obsidian Shard”!
This is the explosive finale of The Ashen Touch trilogy. I HIGHLY suggest this series if you fancy a twist in your Greek mythology. •

Just another reason why music is so important for little people ... with life’s stresses and with all the pressures to be better and do more and succeed, music gives our little ones the chance to breathe and just be themselves. To be vulnerable and to have a safe place.
From the house cocktail menu, we’re proud to feature the “Onward & Upward” — an homage to the inimitable Bob Fenninger that’s sweet from blood orange & elderflower liqueur & topped with Italian bubbles. Like so many in the Lancaster hospitality community, we were lucky to have had Bob’s input & advice as the vision that became Per Diem was still coming into focus. In creating this cocktail, bar manager Brian Colon wanted to capture Bob’s flair by presenting something that was as sophisticated as it was charming. And bubbly 🍾. So make sure you raise your glass in Bob’s memory next time you are sipping on the #onwardandupward 🥂
Chef Pat is always concocting something new. One of his favorite things about weddings is telling the story of our couples through food. ⠀
We want to know how you met, your heritage, where you got engaged... those details are invaluable when we craft your menu because it allows us to truly capture your personalities and story in the menu for your wedding. ⠀
Cooking up a lot of good stuff this week for so many menu tastings! Can’t wait!
I’m excited to be named “Best of Weddings” by @theknot, second year in a row. Thank you to my INCREDIBLE 2018 couples — you made this happen ❤️
Let’s celebrate! $300 off a 2019 wedding package if booked this month. Tag your engaged friends below (and pssst, you’d get a referral gift!)
Contact lenses or glasses? Why not both? Daily wear contact lenses make it easy to switch back and forth between glasses and contact lenses throughout the week! Daily lenses are contact lenses that you wear once and then throw them out at the end of the day. They are great for people who want contact lenses for special events like weddings, date night or playing sports. Call our office to find out if you are a candidate for daily wear contact lenses. Most people are candidates even if you have astigmatism or need bifocal glasses. #medicalmonday
