Moving on up, glad to see my squats moving smoothly without much sticking (used to be really slow at the bottom of my squats- mostly because I wasn’t engaging my hips soon enough). Week 6 of my #StartingStrength #LinearProgession underway right now, can’t wait to see where I end up 🤔 •

Powerlifting really means a lot to me so being able to stick to a program that is A) Right for me and B) Helps me stay intense is all I can ask for. •

Keep pulling! Nate’s LP is still going strong in month 6 as he pulls 440 for 5. Also, that deadlift face is almost as good as @austin_barbellmedicine
