Hi guys! Does anyone else feel drained by summer heat and humidity?! I find it can zap my appetite, but I try 😁 keeping it light with avocado, tomato and turkey strips with apples and praline pecans for after dindin! What do you eat to beat the heat?!.
Keto crock pot meal tonight. It was super simple & was delicious. All you have to do is take 2 & a half pounds of chicken, & 2 cups of salsa. Cook it on low for 9 hours or high 4 to 6 hrs. Remove some of the liquid & add 6oz of cream cheese. Put that on some leaf lettuce with cheese and extra of the sauce if you would like. Super light & filling before my hike.
Is it boring to take a long time train? I can tell you, absolutely not, during the journey I had tasty light meal, enjoyed beautiful sea view and passed through some villages, also I had shared some travel experiences with the passengers sitting near me.
