I can't talk, I barely walk and breath..all my energy I use is for my workouts! I never have a challenge like this in my entire life, but even if my body is so sore, my mind says that I'm not finished yet!

Throwback to exactly 2yrs ago when I was 1 day out from my bikini competition.
They say the first prep is the easiest and the hardest. And boy it was but I remember I loved it the journey and especially the day of comp. Because I loved it I prepped for 5 months last year but due to health issues I didn't end up getting on stage cause I pulled the plug 1 wk out, I was so broken from it I didn't know if I could or would ever put my body through prep again. It is a mental and physical challenge. Still in the decision stage of whether I will prep for Season A next yr. I use the app iDrated to help with drinking more water. I can see the difference already especially in my mid section which for me is a ball ache! (Meaning annoying!) lol for any Americans 😊😜

A lot of people have the WRONG mentality that fat people eat 'unhealthy' and thin people eat 'healthy'. Realistically though, many thin people eat more unhealthy foods than fat people. •
The key to fat gain is working at a calorie surplus. 
Now, YOU CAN BE EATING HEALTHY FOODS AND WORKING AT A CALORIE SURPLUS.

A person that drinks bottles of soda, eats only fried foods and snacks on chocolate can be thinner/slimmer than the person that eats whole healthy meals, fruits and vegetables. 
This doesn't mean the bigger/fatter person is unhealthy.
Some healthy foods are calorie dense and some junk are not. So yes, you can be eating very unhealthy foods and be thin but don't think for a minute that you're healthy.
Thin is not always equal to healthy eating.
And fat is not always equal to unhealthy eating.

In the time I've spent coaching people, I've realised that there are a lot of things we need to unlearn when it comes to fitness. There is too much wrong information around and we need to do better than believing everything we see on some blog or hear others claim as the truth.
One day at a time, my goal is to teach the right mindset so that one person at a time, we begin to embrace fitness as a way of life and do the right things to achieve it.

🍑BUTT STUFF🍑(Stiff leg snatch grip pulls 190kg 3x8) Last week of getting reamed in the asshole by these.🕺✔ Blocked out the better part of the day for a 4-hour deadlift and squat session and it felt amazing.🍆 Didnt get a chance to train over the weekend to train because of work but it paid dividends today. Particularly with the squats I'll post tomorrow (internet is shit here).🍌 Long term strategy is to perform the same volume I started with in my last prep. However, instead of doing that volume on the core lift, its being done on an accessory variation that is much harder.🍒 So when I go back to regular deadlifting I'll likely be starting my block with sets of 8-10 20kg heavier than what was done 5 months ago. Haven’t posted in a while! Since last time I’ve added another leg day into my 10 day cycle and have stuck to Intermittent Fasting.
I’m the same weight (if not more) as last progress photo.

My strength has stayed the same, and still push as heavy as I can each time I’m at the gym...yes, I know I need to mix it up...but I’m super lazy 😂

Next shot will be maybe end of October...my first ‘focus’ on losing fat!
