Let’s talk “resistance” bands 🍑 💓why some gals use them & how beneficial they are to your booty gains ladies.
Iv always had a very lazy left glute that never wanted to activate - I struggled for 2 years trying to build a booty squat after squat after squat! never seeing results. It wasn’t till l brought my self some resistant bands l then started to see a massive improvement. Not only in gains but strength, With out good mind muscle connections and muscle activation/contractions your pretty much waisting your time your lifting without the muscle firing up!
It’s been a year and a half since using my bands and they have changed my booty completely “As you might have seen through my lower body transformation”
Pancake 🥞 butt too pretty peachy 🍑. Do I just do resistances band training?? No (but you can if that’s your jam) - l use my bands at the start of every lower body session to activate and turn on my glutes so when l jump into a heavy lift there firing and ready to go (as well as here and there through my work out to keep that pump alive🍑). If your not feeling a full, tight and pumped sensation of blood flow to the muscle group your working on through out your work out your not activating properly! -
I highly recommend every girl wanting to build a peachy booty keep them squats heavy but also incorporate some lower body band activation movements prior to your first lift. 🍑💓🍑💓🍑💓 & of course CARBS you won’t build a peachy booty on a low carb no carb bullshit diet! ❌ eat your carbs ladies.

I haven’t squatted in almost a year due to pain.
Hip pain. Knee pain. Back pain. To the point I simply couldn’t squat more than about 40kg and then feel crippled for days🙅♂️
No pain no gain right? Yea I was getting the pain and zero of the #gainz 💪
Today I decided after along time spent working on very small movements, working my stabilisers, doing some bizarre movements that always got my sanity questioned, today i decided to attempt a set of squats. No pain, no crippling soreness, and guess what 110kg for 5 reps is a new PB.
Ego is a great thing, when it’s the right place and right time. Be prepared to check it at the door when you train. Address your weaknesses and make them a new strength 🏋️♂️
