On #RollerCoaster day, it seems fitting to say that my week -- or the last month, actually -- has been a roller coaster. One second I feel totally in love with what I do, the next second I feel like I’m going to fall over and never get back up again. Between frustrating website glitches and exciting meetings, exhausting late nights and client success stories… I’ve been going back and forth between wanting to celebrate and wanting to quit 😂😂 On days when stopping is tempting, I remember the words of Albert Einstein: “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep riding.” SO KEEP RIDING! Enjoy the wind in your hair...

Judgement can be a deal breaker, game changer, or life killer. How you perceive youself and how you perceive how others see you can stop you from living the life you want. .
The powerful thing about judgment is that is swings both ways! As you being to live your life with more self transparency you begin to free yourself from the negative side if judgement. You begin to live your truth! .
When you live free of self judgement you enter into a vulnerable state. The exciting thing about being vulnerable is the power you carry. Judgement turns into confidence. You begin living your true self with intention and authenticity.
Working out, eating, sports , career, educations, relationships..... I lived with the thought of "if it doesnt hurt I must be doing it wrong" for so long.
I abused my body and mind for years. Poisoning myself with alcohol, restricting my calories to an absurdly low amount, working out intensely and excessively despite being utterly exhausted. Picking up extra shifts even though that pushed me over the edge of sleep deprivation. Staying in relationships that were toxic.
You dont have to punish yourself to make progress.
Take a deep breath. Put the stick down that you have been beating yourself with. Its much nicer on the other side.
Life may not have as many extreme highs and lows, which, I get it, is VERY uncomfortable in the beginning. But so worth it.
7 Paths of Wellness... Social is the ability to relate to and connect with other people in our world. Our ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends and co-workers contributes to our Social Wellness.
Emotional is the ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring. The ability to acknowledge and share feelings of anger, fear, sadness or stress; hope, love, joy and happiness in a productive manner contributes to our Emotional Wellness.
Spiritual is the ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives. The ability to develop congruency between values and actions and to realize a common purpose that binds creation together contributes to our Spiritual Wellness. Environmental is the ability to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. The ability to make a positive impact on the quality of our environment, be it our homes, our communities or our planet contributes to our Environmental Wellness.
Occupational is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives. Our desire to contribute in our careers to make a positive impact on the organizations we work in and to society as a whole leads to Occupational Wellness.
Intellectual is the ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, group interaction and community betterment. The desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and seek challenges in pursuit of lifelong learning contributes to our Intellectual Wellness
Physical is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. The ability to recognize that our behaviors have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits (routine check ups, a balanced diet, exercise, etc.) while avoiding destructive habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc.) will lead to optimal Physical Wellness.
Today I’m finding myself 2nd guessing my choices like crazy, which is keeping me in a holding pattern. I’ve resigned with myself to hold off on making any moves until I’ve done my research and the right decision becomes clearer to me. I want to practice sitting in the unknowing rather than making a quick decision just to relieve the anxiety.

100 days ago, I set out on my own personal journey of physical movement. I found @thebalancedlife back in September of 2017 thanks to a great friend @babltay83. I started off doing it pretty regularly then life happened and I put my physical health on hold and only worked out once in a while. So doing the last 100 days of pilates was a huge success for me. I was disciplined in myself and able to hold myself accountable for follow through. I have learned a lot about myself and my abilities over the last few months and I am so proud of myself for following through and setting a goal and achieving it! Doing pilates regularly has helped me find confidence in myself, built up a lot of strength and more endurance. My hubby @smittyd5 is constantly telling me “Your butt is so nice”, I am so thankful for Robin and the sisterhood for this amazing group! I love my pilates. Oh, I also get asked what am I going to do now that I have completed my 100 days? I’m going to keep going, I feel too good not too!
Yes! I cannot echo this enough. Sometimes the people who appear the healthiest are actually miserable because they hate their job or they’re in a toxic relationship. How we care for our body is important and part of the key to feeling our best but it’s only part of it! We have to show our brains and souls lots of love, healing, rewiring, and often re-parenting. This is your life, sweet thing! A little bit of healing goes a long way!

Ok! So I 💜 bubbles: the ones in my glass. I believe in celebrating success, life and well everything actually 🥂. I love champagne 🍾. I also love the bubbles that float in the air, they make me feel happy.
I only keep a bucket list for travel destinations 🌍. My activity based bucket list I finished a long time ago, with running a marathon a recent highlight. If there is something I think of that I love the do, I no longer wait but take action!
People often take me as an extravert, but I am an introvert. As the reboost my energy, I love (and need to) be on my own. Preferably somewhere silent, white (or otherwise natural) and .. with a journal 📓at hand.
I believe my life is more fun every day. I learned the hard way: from working 60-80 hours a week and making sure to stay in the rat race, to following my own true ambition and do what feels right for me. Enjoying life is an art, as is choosing for what truly matters. That is what I now am doing best and coach you on: Embrace Life ⭐️
It is my choice and my decision how I feel, and how I interpret things. I refuse to tell myself negative things any longer. No longer will I bully myself like an unruly teenager. Our minds are like a super computer and what we program it with matters more than anything. I will not feed the negativity by telling myself I am worthless or that I am pissed off/annoyed ect. Instead I will choose to see that everyone has a story behind their decisions and choices, and how I interpret them can either empower me to be more compassionate and understanding, or I can let it feed the negativity by thinking things mean something that they most likely do not. I'm going to stop assuming that I know. Stop assuming people's actions and thoughts. Stop these endless 'conversations' in my head that never really happen. Today I choose happiness, today I choose to take my power back, even if it's minute by minute, it's better than the alternative... #choosehappiness
