Sauce Vierge is light and fresh, made with heirloom tomato, capers, shallot, sherry vinegar, tarragon and olive oil... SUMMER ON A PLATE!!!
Collard wraps are one of my favorite go-to dinners during the week when I don't really feel like cooking. My trick is to shave the stem on the collard greens and then quickly blanch before rolling. This makes them so much easier to work with and keeps them from ripping mid-bite!

Not only is Medford the birthplace of the first frozen pizza, Tombstone, but we also have the best pizza restaurant called Happy Joe’s! 😊
Happy Joe’s is a special place where many birthday parties have been celebrated. They are known for their Taco Pizza but honestly, I’d rather have my Keto Taco Pizza! Not only is it absolutely delicious but I also don’t feel awful after eating it!

Smell-good, soft-skin faves? 🤷🏽♀️ These are among my top 10, hands down. ✋🏼 Nothing cloying ever because I‘m migraine-prone. Just gentle, gorgeous scents, and @kiehls Creme de Corps for a perfect, virtually scent free all over moisturizer. Essential oil diffuser for good smelling rooms too! ❤️🌺💨

[ whole lotta frittata ] ... easy peasy frittata as the perfect vehicle for a bunch of veggies before they expire ... organic butternut squash, broccoli 🥦, kale 🍃, and red onion all from @imperfectproduce 💚 ... zhuzhed up the eggs 🥚 with greek yogurt and fontina cheese 🧀 ... baked in my @lodgecastiron skillet 🍳 , et voila! frittata! ... was getting a lil stir crazy 🤪 with my love and culinary muse @paddythesnake having been away for 1.5 weeks out of 3 on tour ... had to channel it into cooking! ... #FATPAT (would have) approved 😋🐽👍🏻💯 ...
