Here's a little back story on Wildin' Out (Fuckin' Crazy) since it seems to be the crowd favorite..
I was listening to the beat one night and it actually sounded to me like the beat was saying "fucking crazy" so I started writing that first verse "I'd take a soul if she asked me, wouldn't think twice just blast him.." and I stopped and was like "yoooo this is FUCKIN CRAZY!" and the rest was really history. If you're familiar with my work, you know I love the twisted SHIT so it was really fun to write this one! The title Wildin' Out actually came to be because my muse is a former WnO girl and most of the song titles on the EP are slightly subliminal lol #nowyouknow
Wildin' Out (Fuckin' Crazy) visuals coming soon.

OVER-HEAD PRESS |
I found this lush illustration thr wonderful @lukeethornhill drew me a few years ago that got lost in my to-do list 🤯
It would be a shame not to share it!
Being able to press over your head is a foundation move; but with so many people limited in mobility thanks to desk life and that Instagram scroll (soz), it isn't always so simple.
Start by making sure you can press your hands over-head without weight first, before you load the move.
If you can't, scroll back a few posts on my profile. I have a few over-head mobility drills for you to work through first.
The main thing to consider when pressing over head, is to be able to maintain tension through your core.
If you can't press a weight without banana-ing your back, take the weight down and focus on clenching your butt as tight as you can and pulling your belly in.
Because even shoulder exercises are also all about that booty 😉🍑 The second thing to remember is you need to pull the bar back down with purpose and not just let gravity do it.
Otherwise you risk damage to your shoulders, which I'm guessing is the opposite of what you actually want.
That means you want to use your lats, a bit like a lat pull down.
