Rep. GK Butterfield (D) and the Congressional Black Caucus want to pressure tech companies to hire more minorities. The CBC wants to force it through legislation. Congressman, your district includes half of Rocky Mount NC. An area where the schools are in the bottom 100 in the state. An area with ramped illiteracy, teen pregnancy, violent crime, gangs and drugs. The city had a shot for Honda and Volkswagen plants that would have brought good employment opportunities to many in your district, but due to the above issues they chose other areas. Another major problem city that's in your district is Durham NC. It has many of the same issues Rocky Mount has. If you want tech companies to be more diverse you need to focus on fixing the issues that keep minorities in your district from getting the education and opportunities needed to qualify for these positions. Mandatory quotas are a failure from the start. You need to help lift them out of poverty and crime so they can better their selves. Not keep them a slave to the system then punish others for not hiring the unqualified.
In reality, it's the truth, the human body can only get so far naturally. That being said, of course genetics play a role and lifestyle too, I'm not trying to promote usage but atleast be aware that majority of your heroes and athletes are on steroids 😎
Political post coming:
If you shoot, be it for sustenance, security, or sport, this Bill should outrage you. What was sold as a means of controlling the distribution of the now infamous bump stock device far exceeds its intent and infringes greatly on the right to bear arms. If this Bill passes it will prohibit a great number of other modifications including triggers, buffers, and even some lubricants, coming up just a hair short of banning the fast twitch muscles in the human finger. This is a gross overreach of authority and has the potential to start the dominoes falling for even more ridiculous “control” measures. Take the bump stock - there are few actually fighting that at the micro level - but this macro-level attempt to outlaw the myriad of devices the vague language in this Bill would cover is the issue that 2A supporters should be focusing on. Your complacency to give up bump stocks has opened the door to a wholesale ban on many other mods - close that door by telling your elected representatives you won’t stand for this Bill. Let ‘em have bump stocks - they’re not that cool anyway - but end it there. #letthebutthurtbegin#imawareofwhatiminviting#beinformed#standupforwhatyourself
