The exercises are a fusion of Pilates principles, Yoga asanas, Functional training and Neurodynamic Mobilisations Techniques which she often likes to combine with manual facilitations and soft tissue techniques. (All levels are welcome. Different variations will be given depending on needs, concerns and injuries).

The Effects of Gratitude
In a study by McCraty and colleagues (1998), 45 adults were taught to “cultivate appreciation and other positive emotions”. The results of this study showed that there was a mean 23% reduction in the stress hormone cortisol after the intervention period.
Moreover, during the use of the techniques, 80% of the participants exhibited an increased coherence in heart rate variability patterns, indicating reduced stress. In other words, these findings suggest that people with an “attitude of gratitude” experience lower levels of stress.

Aaaaand anyone who knew me a decade ago knows this is quite the victory. Ever heard the ‘maximum tightness’ story?
Well, you see...I wasn’t blessed with a booty.
I’ve been plagued, most of my life, with saggy jeans in the derrière region. There’s nothing like slipping on pants straight out of the dryer, but sit down for even a few minutes and it’s saggy city. •
Soooo, back in my twenties I came up with this ‘genius’ idea. I’d get all gussied up to head to the club, put a cute top on...and a pair of pajama shorts. Literally not sliding into my pants until we got there. I couldn’t risk not having ‘maximum tightness’. Oh lawdy I don’t miss those days...but I sure got a lotta fun memories out of them. 😂🤦♀️
Thank goodness the days of club hopping and an endless search for the right jeans are gone. I literally sat in these bad boys ALL day. That’s a win in my playbook. Hollah 🙌💕
Moral of the story…
If you hate a saggy booty too, get yourself a gooood pair of jeans. These rock my socks.
To say that Tori Harris has the "magic touch" would be seriously understating the transformation she facilitated in my home. These days even the most secure job is not so secure. I have had one of those secure jobs and watched wave after wave of layoffs over the past 3 years! So now I am a firm believer in having multiple streams of income, and different types. This way if something were to happen to one income stream, you have others coming in still... Especially useful is having a passive stream of income like I have now where you do the job once but continue to get paid for it, even along side with what you are currently doing!
