If you have a slow-cooker and aren't using Reynolds Kitchens Slow Cooker Liners, you're doing a ton of extra cleaning!
Slide one of these guys into your slow cooker, dump in ingredients, cook as usual, and when it's time to clean up, lift the bag out and throw away! IF the liner has torn, clean-up is minimal. The only thing I ever have to do is put in a little soap, wipe it out gently, rinse, and let dry. I never have to worry about scraping anything baked and burned. Such a lifesaver!
My feet were killing me yesterday! I was on my feet all day except for when I was in the car and probably didn’t have the best shoes on... whoops. I came home and gave my self a foot soak using aroma touch. I filled up my sink with a handful of Epson salt and two drops

If it’s not coming in your mail, it won’t clutter up your counter, you won’t have to dispose of it, you’ll save trees and you won’t be tempted to buy an unnecessary thing therefore saving you money. When you get a catalog in the mail, take a minute to find the company’s website which is usually on the first or second inside page or the back page. Go to their site and ‘unsubscribe’ from all (mailings, emails and phone calls). And yes, this is a 398 page catalog that I received in the mail that I never requested!

Wasn’t sure where to start with all these workout choices!! I chose a Shaun T one because he’s awesome!! I used to do Insanity so I knew this would be tough! So proud I pushed myself through every exercise even though they were so hard (pushups and I are starting to like each other 👍🏽) .
•30 minutes into my new program and I’m in love! Definitely a good sweat, but feels even better to know I CAN do this.

When life throws so much at you at once that it feels like you can’t breathe....Know that you always have your breath and you always have a choice —-> it’s all perspective.
Most things are not good or bad; but we make it so by the perspective we assign to it.
When you don’t know what else to do cuz life is a “swirling storm of chaos and overwhelm”, take a deep breath, then another, then another.
Then ask yourself if it would benefit your health to possibly reframe your perspective of the “swirling storm”. A reframe to me is me telling myself “One breath at a time. One minute at a time.” That feels better.
Remember that you choose to tell yourself (a story) that a situation is “stressful”. A new (and much better feeling!) story could be: “I am here in the present breathing deeply and mindfully and I will address this situation one minute at a time.” I wish you peace, joy & beauty today🌺🦋❤️💫🌳💆🏼♀️
