Yesterday I made a body scrub using the @organixmantra Epsom Salt. Just like that, this Epsom salt has various uses and has become an essential.
How I use @organixmantra Epsom Salt:
🍿As a bath soak : this is the easiest and the most common method of using this salt. The best part, it is colorless, odorless and dissolves super fast! It provides for a relaxing bath, and helps with body ache to some extent. Yes it doesn't magically cure sore muscles and aches, but does help a little.
🍿Mixing it with shower gel : when I'm not making a DIY body scrub, I like to mix a handful of this salt with my regular shower gel to act as a body polish. It is not too abrasive on the skin, yet provides for a decent scrubbing effect.
🍿In DIY body scrub : by mixing the Epsom salt with desired carrier & essential oils, and some aloe gel. This scrub has therapeutic effects on the senses and relaxes the tired body.
🍿As a foot soak : another common method of using it to relieve tired feet.
How else it can be used:

🍥The Epsom salt being high in sulphur & magnesium content, can be used to boost either of these mineral levels in plants. It can be mixed with water & added to plants. I haven't tried this, but I'm intrigued now!
🍥To clean basins and tiles by mixing Epsom salt with vinegar. Yet another unconventional use that I'm yet to try.
✔️Price: INR 399/- for 1kg of salt. Value for money.

I additionally like the packaging of the @organixmantra Epsom Salt, as it comes in a zipper pouch, which makes for hassle-free storage and use. Overall, a decent one in the market at present.💙
