Please stay away from plastic as much as possible and please reduce your consume of plastic daily. I tried to reduce my consume of plastic and needless purchases of fast fashion clothes recently. And I think I feel much better and become healthier, that’s why I wanna recommend this life style to everyone. Eating green apple also make your teeth cristal clean without harsh cleanser or chemical based tooth whitening. Strong tooth whitening paste often include micro plastic😰😰😰 When you take out hot drink from store, the paper cup also includes plastic inside, which was laminate processed, so it’s not healthy coffee anymore and you are wasting your money to buy unhealthy drink 😐and the paper cups, straws, and lids are all harmful for ocean and land. There are nothing good to buy plastic bottle or cup drink. Please stay away from plastics and bring your own bottle. 🌏🌏🌏🌏🐱🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍🌎🌎🌎🌎

Woke up super bloated and feeling sick, and since I’m still battling a pinched nerve in my neck, I figured this forced rest day was the perfect excuse to indulge in a little mini juice fast.
THIS right here is my favorite way to drink water, sometimes I’m too lazy to make it, but if I already have the juicer out to make juice, you better believe I’m making this water too!! 🍋🥒
LETS TALK HYDRATION 🍋💦
Did you know majority of us are walking around chronically dehydrated and we don’t even know it? .
Dehydration can be the cause of many symptoms, such as: .
- constipation .
- headaches .
- constant hunger cues .
- dry/flaky skin .
- fatigue .
- muscle tightness .
- congested lymphatic .
- toxins remaining stagnant in the body .
☀️ The reason so many of us of dehydrated is because we eat a diet full of cooked foods and don’t drink enough water. .
I was drinking 3-4 litres of water every day, yet I was still struggling with dehydration. Crazy right? It wasn’t until I implemented a few life changes did my dehydration improve. .
What did I do differently?
1. I start my morning off with 32oz of lemon or lime water
2. 30 minutes after lemon water I drink 16oz of celery juice
3. I filled my day up with fresh fruit and veggies
4. I aim to drink 2L of water throughout the day
5. I then drink 16oz of cucumber juice before bed
☀️ The biggest changes I noticed when focusing on my hydration game was clearer skin, better digestion, and more consistent bowel movements
Some ways you can improve your hydration are:
1. Start your morning with 32oz of lemon/lime water. 💦
2. Add lemon/lime juice to your water you drink throughout the day. 🍋
3. Incorporate more living foods. Fresh fruits and veggies contain high amounts of water. (Melons, cucumber, zucchini, grapes, mangos, peaches, apples, celery, oranges) 🍏🍉🍊🍐
4. Add in green juices! Especially ones containing apples, celery, or cucumbers. 🍵
5. When having cooked meals balance it with 50% raw. 🥗🥘
