If you can drag yourself away from the croissants/cheese/sangria/pizza/ice cream/pina colada (insert appropriate local holiday indulgence!!), holidays can be a great time to do some gentle strength work. So if you’re enjoying some summer R&R here’s a great do-anywhere legs workout that’s not too taxing, but should leave your glutes feeling the effects the next day. 
The first part of this workout can be done with or without a band. - Low squat side steps (not shown) x 20 each way
- clams and straight leg raises 30-60 secs each leg
- quadruped reverse knee raises x 30-50
- plank rotations x 12-20
- plank leg raises x 12-20
- plank jacks (not shown) x 12-20
- single leg hip raises x 12-20
- squat step ups x 12-20
Next find a step or raised platform to do:
- lateral step downs x 12-20
- single leg get ups x 12-20
- step ups x 12-20
- step jumps (only if you feel able) x 12-20
Repeat 3-5 times

Mon squat se stabilise et je sais qu’il sera parfaitement au point le jour J. Après tout, les PR ça se tente en compétition selon moi, alors c’est ce qu’on va faire.
L’avantage d’être passé à plat, c’est que je retrouve ma faculté à grinder (à lutter) en gardant une bonne stabilité. Alors j’aurais aucune appréhension au moment des grosses barres.
Séance faible en volume hier où tout est passé sans trop de difficultés :
2x167,5kg et 2x2x157,5kg, les deux sous les RPE8.

Ma séance typique d'un leg day se traduit par les squats (la base tu connais 💀), les fentes, la press, le leg curl, le leg extension... Et puis les mollets, assez rarement 😔.
J'aime finir mon legday par les deux exos dans ce post, la press assistée et les escaliers pour s'assurer de bien finir en PLS.
