5:45 am I’m awake later than usual
6 am I hit play with my girls
6:39 I’m a sweaty mess
7:00 am I’m outside thanking God I didn’t give up on myself to build something outside everyone’s “norm”
7:30 I start working until I feel like stopping .
....This is the life I’m creating that runs on my time.
No one to answer to.
I have a job to do that gives women unwavering support in their lives be it fitness or running a business of their own alongside me...
...and to think I had a tiny moment in time of thinking I would give this up because of other people’s massive misconceptions of running this virtual business!
...truth be told, when did other people’s thoughts pay bills tho? There’s a huge investment placed on what other people will say about our choices and not enough of an investment in ourselves to bring something we’re so passionate about to fruition💕
“If you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done” .... clichè for some but truth for those that get it and are putting in the short time to hustle now, alongside a career, so they can live the rest of their lives without the weekly struggle that once consumed them.
This isn’t a “I can’t do that” kind of thing...it’s a choice to learn how to that’s ours to make at any time 😘

“Mankind's greatest achievements have come about by talking, and its greatest failures by not talking.” – Stephen Hawking🤔
In a world🌍 where everyone is glued to his or her smartphone📱 there is no choice left anymore on whether or not we need to communicate science online. With just a click of a button people gain access to a sea🌊 of facts and information. But what is the value and nature of online coverage of science if that sea is without horizon and filled with pirates trying to hijack the treasure of scientific knowledge? 🤔Never before have so many people, including our policy-makers, been scientific illiterate. The time to act is now.☝️
To counter this movement we must dare to take up matters into our own hands and stop blaming the educational system or the sensationalizing and poor reporting of media. We need to be proactive in our communication rather than reactive. Take into account values, emotions, etc. that bring people to the table. We need to stop assuming that scientific facts will triumph over all. Trust in public relations is not creating a monologue of information; it is about dialogue and transparency. And most importantly, we must stop thinking that new and social media don’t carry the same weight and value as traditional ones. We must dare to break boundaries in communicating science as much as we do in science itself.👊
To achieve these goals UHasselt has created a new science communication initiative, a unique collection of digital platforms that showcases all aspects of science😁. Sharing qualitative STEM-related information has always been imbedded within the DNA of our university but now we are ready to take it to the next level. We want to be approachable and available, because science is for EVERYONE🙏. We want to have a presence online and actively engage with the world, be “social”. We are finally breaking free of our ivory tower and providing people with a safe-haven of entertaining and comprehensive information in these turbulent seas. We are ready for the future of science communication.
Welcome to inSCIght.

Plan to unwind this Wednesday evening at the New Britain Museum of American Art with their new series that looks at the unique intersection of the visual arts and music. Using their permanent collection as inspiration, musicians and scholars will interpret select periods of artistic and musical innovation in America and abroad.
This month we will be exploring Impressionism with Dr. Allan Ballinger D.M.A., of Gateway Community College, and the chamber ensemble Cuatro Puntos. Participants will learn how color is central to the perceived symbiosis of impressionism in music and art by reflecting the notion that both artists were conveying moods and provoking a sense of mystery about life and nature. Cuatro Puntos will play Maurice Ravel's String Quartet in F Major alongside works by American composers Amy Beach and Charles Tomlinson Griffes. As of 2009, there were 948 wineries in Barolo & 426 wineries in Barbaresco alone - trying to find the best producers, requires a whole lot of time, of wine drinking, of talking to people & understanding of what makes a producer “good”. Oh, and you’d have to be a hard person to please as I have yet to come across a producer out there that doesn't have some serious skill.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ultimately, finding the best producers in Barolo & Barbaresco comes down to personal choice;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So why don't you come to take a day trip in the region & make your own list?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

'Timing is Everything' some say and I used to agree....1 minute all is ticking along nicely as it should be, as you expect, the next BOOOOM a surprise, a tragedy, a chance meeting, a missed train...sliding doors abounds. Chance can be life changing. However, if you wait for chance or the 'right time', you may never achieve your dreams. Grab life by the proverbial's and make now the right time. #livelifetothefullest#sailinglife#adventuresofminxitup#choice

Pictures help your tweet stand out in the fast moving feed, they can be used to reinforce your brand, and improve appeal so it's well worth including them when you can.
What picture has caught your eye today and made you stop in your tracks?
