Everyday is a new day, never let the day before effect the new day that will come tomorrow. Something I do for myself everyday is go to the gym weather it be for half an hr or an hr I go it’s time to myself I put my headphones in and get it done. I enjoy this time helps me forget about the day I kinda even feel relaxed.. Always remember to do something for yourself in the day you are important to. It’s a day late but I officially have a 10 month old😭😭😭 Like please just stop growing. In two months you’ll be a year and that’s just not okay😂 I can say papa, baba, mama, and dada. I crawl everywhere and am now trying to walk. I have a big girl car seat and am finally getting some hair. I get into everything I shouldn’t but my mom still loves me anyways. The thoughts about at home workouts before I actually started doing them went a little something like this: I can't do it at home with the kids, they are going to distract me, I won't be motivated enough to actually start it or finish it, I wont find something that I enjoy and it will be money wasted again, I just never have the time or energy to do it.
My thoughts about at home workouts now: I love how it makes me feel and the fact I can do them in pjs if I wanted. I don't have to find childcare or even leave my home. Why the heck did I not start doing this sooner? AND why is not everyone I know doing this?? I know I know, not everyone likes at home workouts, fine I get it! But if you are reading this and you are 1. Someone who dislikes going to the gym and working out beside some random person? 2. Gets motivated to go the gym but as soon as you are there are overwhelmed by the equipment? 3. Don't have the time to go to the gym? 4. Don't like working out but really want to begin and don't know where to start?
