I had such a blast last night competing in Church of @ysheeblack and somehow managed to get through to the semifinals! 🎉 There were so many amazing performances last night which I’m so happy I got to see, also so happy I finally got to properly meet @crayolathequeen! 💜
Finished my kettlebell strength certification this weekend. Grateful to @bechangeben @conscious.strength.coach and @ckb.coach for all the material they taught us this weekend.
Very excited to start implementing kettlebell movements into my training as well as teaching them onto my clients! 💪🏼 🏋️♀️
The other night I went to west neck because I had an urge to enjoy nature’s beautiful gift. I was sitting alone really appreciating and taking in the magnificence of the world. A gorgeous goddess walked past me with all knowing eyes and said “enjoy it”, so I’ll pass the message on. We take life so seriously but if we stopped to realize it could all be gone in a blink of an eye, we’d focus on and love every little detail more. Life is full of pain but being able to feel it all is the true gift of life. All she said was enjoy it but if you listen to people’s messages, they are actually deep and meaningful lessons to be learned. Just enjoy it like it’s your last!

He serves on the board for the Western PA Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and on the annual Marathon Committee with a responsibility around fundraising for the Foundation while competing in the event. He has been familiar with Operation Walk in his 20+ years of working as a Physical Therapist in Western PA and is honored to be asked to participate in the important and worthy cause for the first time this year. He hopes to make this a regular commitment.
Recently I have found girl style dance is very interesting, it’s quite different from what I have learnt, even though my body is pretty stiff, I still enjoy it so much!
Dont even know where to begin to describe the last week. You will have to experience it yourself to understand it. Although your experience will of course differ from mine. I felt happy, sad, curious, frustrated, loving, broken, fearful, fearless, amazed, helpless, unworthy, energetic, grateful, vulnerable, brave and everything beyond and in between. As a friend said: "You were feeling alive". That is what yoga, meditation and silence does to me. Thank you @yogiakademin for helping me grow, for teaching from your hearts and for all the love and support every moment of this journey ❤ Thank you all you amazing people I met for all shaking and sharing ❤Thank you @ruthrebeccanarhi for a deepened friendship and for all the chakra breathings to be shared in the future ❤
