Для меня это что-то новое. Вчера начала обучаться у специалистов по инстаграму, а именно, по продвижению и развитию личного бренда. .
Честно говоря, после первого дня обучения, у меня случился взрыв мозга и перевернулось сознание (#руханижангыру , кто знает, тот поймет). Оказывается я наделала много ошибок. Они рассказали, как НЕ НАДО ДЕЛАТЬ, а ведь я делала именно так. И это прям пздц 😂😂😂
Пришлось удалить до хера фоток из ленты и теперь надо дальше думать, что делать и как. .
Обучение длится 3 дня. И я надеюсь, что это будет космос. Учиться чему то новому всегда приятно.

Not sure why 2018 is my year but everything hit the face. Got mental face braking........ Waking feels fucking good. Pain & work develops all of us. Thoughts, focus, & organization is clicking. Never felt better and I’m sleeping more. Haven’t had the ability to organized before now. Not sentimental or over emotional it just is what it is. Grew a thicker skin and need more girth to the thickness but it’s like a light flickered and now is on none stop. Can’t explain it better but am thankful for everything good that has come my way and all of you peeps. Even as someone who works in finance, learning about the basics of your profession is a must. I am over half way through this book; it has reaffirmed some of my existing knowledge but has also enhanced my understanding in other areas. Not as complex as I imagined prior to reading it, it seems a great read for non financials looking to understand important financial concepts. ⠀

💬 Who else works in finance?
Guess I lost about 5-6lbs in month. I understand why and all. It's been a busy month. Just wasn't exactly expecting it since I've been trying really hard to eat alot more than usual, too and trying to adjust my stomach comfortably to get used to it. So I'm a little bummed. I didn't think I'd get this low, considering the fact I'm about to have my period, feeling all that water weight. Normally I fluctuate around 106-109lbs. I mean I guess I don't mind, but hopefully after the holidays...I gain something. 😅
I have tried protein shakes as an option before...ended up throwing it all up later. See my point....lots of adjusting to work on. Still learning more on my own stomach. Last time I puked my food, was in Germany. The fact I haven't since then..means I'm doing something right.
And don't give me that skinny shame comments hidden as compliments bs for 2 reasons:
1. I worked my ass off for years to get into decent shape.
2. I have an ANS dysfunction (Google it) and I'm not a fan of food sitting for hours til I vomit to feel normal..esp if it's unpredictable. Apparently losing weight helps lessen symptoms. So I did, from 117 to 106ish. It worked.
Okay, I'm gonna go eat a burger or something now..maybe.
People around me always say “it’s the small steps every day that count”;opposed to big steps every now and then
I’ve really grasped this meaning this week and have applied it in so many areas; including my fitness, diet, my business, study... just to name a few!
And I can ALREADY see BIG impact being created!
So grateful for this knowledge 🙏
I went to some PD today and listened to some fantastic speakers talking about wellbeing in both our students, our colleagues and ourselves. This image cropped up during one of the sessions and really got me thinking. We have the power to make changes in our classrooms and at our schools everyday and we do, but we also need to make sure we are looking after our own well-being and our happiness. Like many of us, I put 110% into making sure my students are happy, loved, safe and learning. This takes all of my energy some days but overall, I’m happy with the impact I’m making in my job. But in my personal life? Might be something to work on.
