There’s a huge amount of freedom that comes when you take nothing personally // is it a daily challenge for most of us? Absolutely. But, I mean think about it...if you don’t give people permission over you to make you “feel” a certain way, you are solely responsible for your happiness🌻. Being an entrepreneur is amazing, and teaches me something new everyday, but it is also a ton of hard work that doesn’t really get put on the “highlights” of social media....and people can be really mean. Hateful and full of negativity towards you when maybe they don’t agree with how you chose to live or make decisions. But the beauty of it all, YOU get to decide how that effects you. When I emotionally detach from the outcome of how other people choose to treat me, I take full responsibility for the energy I give out. The people you constantly surround yourself with will match your energy, set the tone. If there’s one thing I can inspire you with tonight it’s this: you control your happiness & don’t ever let anyone “make you feel” otherwise. You give them that permission XOXO also...don’t forget to enter my giveaway with @jordwatches for a chance to win $100 gift card. Three of my reasons why I do what I do. My kids are my biggest inspirations to be the better person that I can be.
They’ve seen my struggles, they helped celebrate my non scale victories, and they continue to help me come up with healthier recipes in our kitchen.
My kids know that staying healthy is not an option for our family. We have all adapted into this lifestyle change that allows us to feel good about ourselves and to have the confidence to be who were are and who we deserve to be.
Who inspires you?
My life has forever changed because I made the decision to change. Not just on the outside but I had to work on the inside too. When you’re ready, I’m always here to help.... all you have to do is reach out! 💖
06.23.2018 In the short time I have been doing this, I have learned sooo much! Here are 6 tips to help you be successful on your health and fitness journey:
1️⃣ Be patient - Everyone wants to get fit over night, but the reality is that it’s a process. You have to take a step back and breath.
2️⃣ It’s hard - If it was easy everyone in the world would be doing it. Put in the work, get the reward.
3️⃣ Remember your why - This is what gets me to the gym 9 times out of 10. Why am I doin this? For me.
4️⃣ Enjoy the process - This is a process and processes take time. You may as well enjoy it and celebrate your small wins along the way. It sure has helped me!
5️⃣ Support System - You can do it alone, but I don’t recommend it. People care about you. Including your family, friends, mentors, and coaches. Let them be there for you and support you. It’s okay to let go a little — I promise.
6️⃣ Mistakes happen - This was by far one of the hardest things for me it digest, but they do happen. Whether it’s a cheat meal that you over indulged on or a day you just only did half the workout. Sh*t happens and you just need to roll with the punches. Remember it’s a process and no process is perfect. Just don’t forget your why and remember: Tomorrow is a fresh start!
I hope this helps some of you jump start your health and fitness journey. If you ever need anything I can be reached here!
Thanks for your time,
✌🏻 & ❤️ -K.C.
"Today I was reminded we must keep stepping into our assignments even when we may feel unqualified. Every mountain we choose to climb may well become the guidance for other climbers who will follow in our footsteps. So friend, whatever your mountain looks like... know your tenacity to move it will become someone else’s pathway to freedom." @charlgambill
Just think about it: what struggles have you seen others overcome that encouraged you to know you had the strength to walk that same path without fear? For me, choosing an obedient single life over a disobedient + comfortable relationship is the mountain I had seen others move to clear a path for me. It was possibly one of the hardest things I have ever done in this life because for a while, it seemed like terrible things continued to happen after the breakup, but for the faithful, He makes beauty from ashes. Trust His plan. Take Him at His word.
This is the 12 Round South Melbourne team after completing the time trial together! Across the squad we have a wealth of trainer experience from different backgrounds. This gives our members quality, professional guidance in regards to lifting technique, boxing skills, training protocols, nutrition and healthy living advice.
Best of all they walk the talk & can push their bodies to the limit! Keep an eye out for the next time trial, set yourself a first baseline or see if you can beat your previous time!
Back when we lived in the Bay, where we launched Treat Yourself™. In the last 3 years we’ve connected with many other cannabis brands, and we’re disappointed by the latest news about a female cannabis CEO. We’ve often been confused with @treatwellhealth because of our names being so similar, so we wanted to take a moment to make it clear that we are not in any way affiliated with Treat Well or Allison. This news reinforces our desire to set a positive example for female entrepreneurs, especially those with the ingenuity to sell water bottles on a hot summer’s day. #supportsmallbusiness#womensupportinggirls#leadbyexample#treatyourself not #treatwell

People who use Herbalife formula 1 twice a day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around half a pound to a pound per week!
It’s the closing ceremony!
I can’t believe the time has flown so quickly! .
The past few days I have been surrounded by 20,000+ people who have changed their lives with the help of people who were passionate about helping people! .
There is so much passion in these hearts that the whole city is lit up with smiles!
I’m so thankful to have found a community of people who LOVE life and LOVE encouraging others! .
I’m so thankful for my coach, Kelsey, who has encouraged and supported me in my journey. And a big thank you to all of my team for their love!
I am a better version of ME and I’m paying it forward!
I’m doing a bit of a “love my liver” week with a group of people and this is something I’m adding into my day. The papaya was actually a snack for my sisters and me; but the lemon, ginger, and turmeric were blended together and put into ice cube trays to freeze for the week so they can easily be diluted into warm water every morning. I enlisted the help of my sisters in this fun experiment/process (trying to teach those healthy habits 😉). #leadbyexample#liverhealth#antiinflammatory#guthealth#liver#health#nutrition#wellness#plantbased#wfpb#certified @nutritionstudies @ninamontagne @ecornell_online

For the last 6 months i've been assisting with coaching U12's SAP (Skills Acquisition Program) and I can honestly say, to have the privilege to be an assistant coach, let alone an assistant coach for a SAP team..! I'm truly privileged and grateful to be a part of the incredible club that Lions FC are!
To witness and be part in the development of these young boys- not only as kids going into young men but as footballers who want to be the best Footballers they can be. I'm truly proud of these boys and proud that I can witness these boys develop incredible skills and personality in 6 short months!
This doesnt come without a cost though..
On top of working our full-time job, alongside the other coachers Darren and Gus, we all commit to these boys every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night, as well as game days (with 9 weeks to go). This is a big commitment that we have taken for the development of these boys. When we- as coaches, have our hardest and longest days, we still show up with the focus to develop these boys.
Its because of this experience I have learned to: not listen to negativity, focus on what is at hand, be driven to want to do better, trust in those around you, understand that things take time to develop, look for new opportunities to do something better and above all else- COMMIT to a decision.
If there is anything to take from this- there is always opportunity around you to do something better. It is TIME CONSUMING, it is DIFFICULT but there is always a new opportunity to do something better for yourself.
Be better for yourself and want to be better because its what the people that surround you and support you deserve- The best version of you.
Football is a beautiful game for a reason. 💙⚽🏟️ #BoyWithTheBlueCar#BWTBC#LionsFC#proud#Football#U12SAP#Assistantcoach#kolegï#WithPurpose#development#leadbyexample#coaching#Documenting#June2018#grateful#opportunity#FindtheOpportunity#GabbiJDigital @gabbi_j @jaketanuvasa
#Gymnastics#HDReloaded#LeadByExample
So one of my old teammates was having a conversation about the best teammate they ever played with. Humbled but his choice i was mentioned it the convo . It’s more important of how you’re remembered rather than what stats you put up . #leadbyexample#humbled 🙏
