I survived the flight without my dinner from the fridge. Ate a little bit of the inflight-meal and had my own sourdoughbuns. .
Since it went so good I thought «why not take a chance for lunch as long as I’m close to our appartement?» Well, not sure WHAT’s wrong with my stomach, but there’s a war down there and have «the run»... grrrr... I take in concideration that it CAN be something else than a FODMAP-reaction. Sometimes a long flight and changing time-zones can ruin the first day abroad. .
What to do now? Any tips to get in shape as soon as possible?
This is me... Soon off to the hospital to give a talk. And then another talk for @startuib in the evening. Not ideal to give two talks on the same day, but sometimes life is not ideal.... :) Giving talks used to be some of the hardest things for me and it made me so anxious that I felt I couldn’t do it. Still I did it, again and again and again. Now I get the ordinary 🦋 in my stomach, but not the overwhelming anxiety. Sometimes I even enjoy it now! Hehe, after all, all my talks are about my life and how I survived my “bumpy” road! 🤯😉
