Gateway Realty Group is excited to welcome a local Lyons friend, Natalie Eamonn, to our team! She's an active mom and a fun new addition to our licensed brokers. Here's a little background from Natalie:
I am a Minnesota girl who fell in love with Colorado in the late 90's! I took a summer job at Cheley Camps leading girls on backpack trips and knew I would stay after my graduation! My husband and growing family spent 11 years outside of Estes Park and then moved into Lyons in 2012. We love the small town, great community, outdoor adventures from our door, and the Colorado sunshine daily.
I have always enjoyed working in customer service. I have bar-tended and served in restaurants as well as worked in the Outdoor Education realm. Recently I decided to get my license in Real Estate. I enjoy serving/helping others, and being challenged and wanted a new career that offered this. I am excited to be with Gateway and hope to assist others find their new home!
When I am not working you will find me Cross Fitting, biking, SUPing, running, playing hours of catch with my three kids, and watching my kiddos play plenty of football, basketball, softball, and baseball.

Refer to the website links in the bio area here on Instagram.
You have one vote. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The power is in that one vote.
Don't let someone buy your vote.
Cast your vote for the people, not profit$! Mark Williams is the Real Deal and will represent YOU in Congress, not special interests, lobbyists and PACs telling us what they "think" our direction should be for Colorado District 2.
As a man with a vast amount of experience and leadership abilities, a past Air Fore pilot and intelligence officer, Mark has connected with folks in this district over the past year and he understands the issues before us.
He will lead. Will you cast a vote for Mark? He is someone who will represent us very well.
Thank you for voting!

Here is a digital tour of Food Bank for Larimer County’s new Loveland headquarters. The $9 million project significantly expands the operation’s space and allows the nonprofit to better serve the rapidly growing Northern Colorado community. A full open house celebration for the public is scheduled for September. The food bank will continue to operate its food share sites in Fort Collins and Loveland as normal #foodbank#larimercounty#fortcollins#loveland#nonprofit @food4larimerco
What are you waiting for voter? Fill out that ballot and let the world know that you support our great National Parks, you want the people to control their health and welfare without the interference from the oil & gas industry bully tactics and over-use of fracking! We want Mark Williams to be our next Congressional District 2 Representative because he is one of us - our neighbor and supporter of all the great things Colorado has to offer. Mark is not tainted by taking donations from lobbyists and PACs. This campaign is one of true heart. With 17 amazing volunteer staff members helping him, Mark has the attention of locals and national interests. Why else would Biden have to put his thumb on the scale here? Well, I guess we are making impact with our PEOPLE, NOT PROFIT$! campaign all across District 2.
Mark has attended numerous events, farmers' markets. home and HOA type meet & greets, festivals and more. It's a message that is resolnating with voters and it is uber simple. Take money out of politics. Give them people back their power. Don't let corporate lobbyists pull the puppet strings with our elected officials.
Mark Williams - he's the real deal. AND - he needs your vote. Please vote in this primary happening now. Unaffliated voters - we need your power. It's time to show Colorado the power of your vote. It just takes a moment to vote.
Thank you! Mark Williams will represent you - not special interests because his campaign is funded by the people.

Article in @coloradoan newspaper re: @paddlerspub dealing with permit issues from Larimer County. Folks at LC, c’mon, get out from behind the desk and focus on the things that we really need you to focus on! The things we elect folks and pay for. Like things that are an actual danger to us, or helping people in need, or you know, good stuff. Perhaps focus on road work that takes 75 years to complete (got anything to do with that everlasting project at paddlers pub entrance driveway?). This is one of those few unique local places that makes me glad I live here... fun for kids and family, good for musicians and music lovers, and obviously a blast for rafters and river lovers (need I mention the economic impact that has?) What’s with the “recreation not exclusively for rafters?” part - r u worried that my kids are going to get hurt playing giant Connect Four?
Spent all day Saturday cleaning up at the mountain property. Snuck in some flower searching-these are just a small small variety of what’s blooming now. Mom planted some spring bulbs and they’re just now blooming-mid June. It’s like a flower fairy land - I spent some time just sitting and looking around. It’s dreamy seeing all the colors and hearing the hummingbirds buzz by. Gorgeous. #mountain#wildflowers#colorado#larimercounty#explore
Even though I've lived in Colorado for 42 years, I still have to pinch myself when I awaken each morning, knowing that unbelievably beautiful vistas like this are going to be a normal part of the day.
Yesterday, the starter went out on Joanne's car, so I drove to Loveland to pick her up and wait for the tow truck. As we waited, I looked just to the west and saw the snowy peaks of the Continental Divide looming in all of their majesty. I then remarked to Joanne: "How many people in the world get to enjoy a vista like that while they're waiting for a tow?"
