It’s dream role time!! This month’s dream role is Tracy Turnblad, or Tommy Turnblad in this case! Tracy and me are almost the same, we both have the ambition to change the world we live, she wants to integrate a TV show and I wanna show anyone can play a role in Theatre or film! This role is truly truly my dream role of all dream roles! Tommy is the role that I have to say I was born to play! I love that Tracy is bigger than most leads in musicals and I myself am larger than most guys you see on Broadway yet we both don’t care we don’t let that define who we are! I love that she’s a great female lead and nothing can change that I just simply wanna re-vamp the story with a male lead to add a new twist on a musical that’s been done over and over again and for great reason! Theatre is my greatest love but it’s starting to lose its creativity, Directors are becoming more and more afraid of change and doing the same productions and not changing anything! That needs to stop, theatre was meant to be creative not stay the same! I hope you all like the designs and agree with what I’m saying.

2sp for 3/4cup buffalo chicken dip. There are many variations to this, but mine is made with a little Greek yogurt and no blue cheese. Now don’t get me wrong, I lurvvvv blue cheese, but I didn’t want to add any to this one. Only points are from the 4oz cream cheese and 2oz Trader Joe’s light mozzarella. If you want to stretch this further you certainly can by bulking up on the chicken, Greek yogurt and hot sauce! PS. If you slice your cucumber like the grocery store, it makes you feel fancy 🤗Try it! I used a potato peeler, so easy.
🧀Boil chicken breast (I used 2 large) until cooked all the way through. You can do any method of cooking you’d like. I boil because it’s super fast.
🧀Shred the cooked chicken. Fastest is a few whirls in a Kitchen Aid stand mixer but you could use beater or the good ol’ two fork method.
🧀Add shredded chicken to your crock pot. Add in 4oz light cream cheese, 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, 2/3 cup Franks Buffalo sauce, 2oz light mozzarella, 2tsp onion powder, and 2tsp garlic powder. Feel free to add more or less of the spices. You can taste as you go too!
🧀Cook on low for 3 hours. This part isn’t reallllly required but allows the ingredients to make magic! You could warm it up in a pan and be done, but why rush a good thing. .
With my first 2 pregnancies, my babies sat far back, making my back pain sky rocket and sciatica flare up. A year after my pregnancy, I still couldn’t improve my strength due to the severity of my impingement resulting in me needing back surgery 😏 this time- I’m on a mission to keep my core/trunk and legs as strong as possible to help prevent injury and hopefully minimize that wonderful pregnancy back pain! In my previous motion picture career, where I felt like I had no more than a bit part, I came to HATE Mondays. And frankly, Sunday nights weren’t much better. But NOW, that I am writer, director and star of my own production, I LOVE Mondays!! What do you need to do to join Team Monday?
Today marks 39 weeks with baby Oliver and I honestly thought he would have made an appearance by now, but I guess he is really comfy in there lol. I even had a membrane strip at my appointment on Thursday and still no baby! 🤷🏻♀️ The only thing to do now is wait and see when he decides to make his big arrival into the world! I just hope that I don’t have to be medically induced this time, bcuz pitocin contractions are no joke 😥 I have gained a total of 24 lbs and hope that I don’t gain anymore in these last 2 weeks or so. I am feeling very tired and I seem to be dealing with a head cold from some seasonal allergies, so I am crossing my fingers that all clears up before Ollie boy comes along. 4sp for 6 turkey bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers! (One is missing because I ate it 🤫) I popped these in my air fryer covered with foil and a small pan to make sure the bacon didn’t blow around. I left it covered for 6mins and then removed the foil so they could cook for 6 more mins
🔥Slice 3 jalapeños in half and remove the seeds
🔥Mix 2tbs light cream cheese, 2tbs FF greek yogurt, 1/4cup light mozzarella, with 1/4tsp onion powder, 1/4tsp garlic powder, 1/4tsp paprika, and 2tbs chopped scallions 🔥Fill each half jalapeño with the mixture 🔥Cut your @applegate turkey bacon in half, the long way so you have strips
🔥Start with your bacon at the back of the jalapeño and wrap twice. This ensures the ends are tucked underneath so they won’t shrivel while baking
🔥I fried these at 380 for 12mins, covered them for 6mins to keep the bacon from moving. You could bake these in the oven too at 375 for 20mins or until your bacon is crisp! .
