Voor 1 euro de meest rijpe meloenen ooit gekocht op de markt, heerlijk prosciutto erbij... Deze enorme schaal was binnen drie minuten schoon op. #ladolcevita
We would like to introduce you all to Becca James. Becca came to work with us @stdavidshotel in September of last year, since joining the team she has come on leaps and bounds. Pastry being a new career change for Becca around 2 years ago after working from a young age with race horses. The skills of this young pastry chef for not being in an industry for many years are outstanding, and during the time Rebekah and myself spent on Bakeoff the Professional's Becca was the one person keeling things a float at the hotel to which we thank her for. Recently Rebekah and I gave Becca daunting challenge of coming up with her own dessert for menu @admiralstdavid. The dish Becca came up with after trying a few different things and pushing herself to improve was her Dark chocolate and raspberry tart. This consists of a Chocolate Sablè, fresh raspberry, chocolate Cremeux, raspberry patè de fruit and a raspberry sorbet. I am prpud to say this is the most popular dish on the menu at the moment so be sure to show your support and come along and try this amazing dessert.
