I think it’s worth to be told.
A week ago I passed a blood test on LI (lactose intolerance). I’ve gotten my results today. In fact, I’m completely inborn lactose intolerant. 🤷🏼♀️ And it does solve a lot of problems, but the result is quite tough; I totally was not prepared.
Anyways, the day is good, and I’m alive and happy. Thank you for tolerating my ramblings. I wish you a blessed day, guys!!! 💪🏻 Stay optimistic. 😉

After a weekend of falling a little off track, I’m ready to hop back on and crush this week
Something before coaching that was always difficult for me was after a (little) too much fun during the weekend, I would throw away all progress the following week. Progress in my nutrition, workouts, and overall self body image
I now realize that in order to reach my goals I need to push through all of the times I have fallen off track

So I’ve been doing a lot of thinking, mind mapping and note taking and I think (think) I’m going to experiment with my snickers bar, orange caramel bar and praline bar again and maybe set up a fresh deliveries section on my shop! Where you can order fresh treats to your door in Sheffield and the surrounding area.. let me know your thoughts! I have eaten so much Chipotle lately, that I decided to make my own tonight. Including fresh oregano, diced red onion, adobo chili sauce, fresh minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper as the marinade for 30 minutes. @simpletruth4u vegetarian refried beans, and pressure cook lime-cilantro rice to complete my simple Chipotle re-make. My dream is to have refried beans one day when I go into a Chipotle, but today I will settle for good homemade version.
Mostly followed https://www.culinaryhill.com/chipotle-chicken for chicken prep and cooking. Used olive oil canola oil mix for grilling in pan as olive oil only can smoke too quickly. The chicken turned out great. Adobo chilies are the key.

✋🏼if you find it difficult to find a spot that meets your dietary restrictions. while LA has to be one of the most accommodating cities in terms of dietary needs, i still find it difficult to find spots with unsweetened nut milk options. most places have almond, soy or oat milk but these can often have 1/4 of the daily recommended grams of sugar in one drink! try requesting your local coffee shop carry an unsweetened 🥛 option, or bring your own! most coffee shops won’t mind...do you!
We went to @giordanospizza and ate our weight in cheese. Cheese curds followed by a classic stuffed deep dish. Thank god I brought my lactose pills. Headed to Cleveland with @briannamusco and @speedcar2a for tomorrow's show in Youngstown, Ohio.
Dairy free (maybe even vegan for a couple days) #lactoseintolerant (breaking out& Stomach pain) been eating what ever I want lately and honestly my body’s been taking a tole. Not one to restrict but I do want to start eating more Whole Foods aka fruits and veggies.

I added Bernard Matthews cooked chicken chunks for extra protein, but then checked the packaging after eating it and found it contains "milk proteins". So annoyed at myself, but will be more careful and get Morrison's brand next time. Always check the food labels, even on food you don't expect to contain dairy!
I've posted his curry before but it's so tasty and quick! I cooked the 330g diced potato in the air fryer (tasted amazing) and added 3 Morrisons popadoms.
