Web of Spider-man 31. Back in the day they didn’t really have variants like we do now. However, there is a difference between the direct editions of some comics and the newsstand editions. The barcode on the cover is usually a dead giveaway, but for certain newsstand editions you might see them referred to as “Mark Jewelers variants.” Scroll through to see why. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle! #marvel#marvelcomics#spiderman#webofspiderman#kraven#kraventhehunter#mcu#knowingishalfthebattle
Today's pick Kraven's Last Hunt from Spider-Man. Spider-Man always seldom has dark storylines but this a very dark storyline involving Kraven the Hunter who's health has begun to fail, decides he should do his final going after Spider-Man. Kraven does capture Spider-Man with a coma inducing drug & buries Spider-Man alive & then begin impersonating him. Kraven takes to streets trying to be a better Spider-Man to the point he goes after a spider foe that Spidey hadn't beat alone Vermin a giant man rat, Kraven takes him down in a great battle in the NYC sewer. Meanwhile 2 weeks has passed for Spider-Man to climb out of his own grave who has some fucked dreams while underground, Spider-Man goes looking for Kraven pissed as shit but decides to go home to Mary Jane. Spider-Man finally confronts Kraven which Kraven says hey it's over between us & shows Spider-Man to the capture Vermin who begins to fight Spider-Man & seems to have an upper hand until Kraven steps in & Vermin leaves. Kraven helps Spider-Man up & tells him he will never hunt again with Spider-Man telling him he'll be back unfortunately Kraven will keep his word as he end his life. Spider-Man eventually battles Vermin & captures him at the same time Kraven is being buried leaving behind a letter claiming he was Spider-Man for 2 weeks as he had buried the real Spider-Man. Truly one of the darker Spider-Man story with some crazy scenes like Kraven in spiders & then begins to eat them while you have Spider-Man also having fucked dreams while being buried alive. #kravenslasthunt#kraventhehunter#spiderman#vermin#gts18horror#31daysofhalloween
With only a 55% drop after an unexpectedly strong opening last weekend, Venom has proven it wasn’t a fluke and people are genuinely enjoying this film. Most MCU fanboys are infuriated by this development, but I appreciate things getting mixed up like this. Venom was a fun, old school monster movie in the guise of a superhero origin/kickoff to a shared universe. With this as their Iron Man, I’d love to see @sonypictures develop their #sinistersix shared universe like the old Universal Monsters “rally films”. Critics can tear it down and comic book movie snobs can bitch and moan all they want, but this is a fun, weird movie that is connecting with people. It definitely connected with me and I’ve been more excited about where this is going than any franchise of late. I’m sure it will crash and burn before too long, but what a wild ride it promises to be. Superhero movies need a little chaos thrown into the mix again. Bring on Maximum Carnage! #venommovie#kraventhehunter#aviarad
Venom is proof that you shouldn't only listen to the critics' opinions when deciding whether or not to go see a film. After the initial negative reviews hit, I assumed the worst and I decided that I wouldn't rush out to the cinema to see it, however I wish that I had. The movie has many problems but it's mostly just a fun ride from start to finish with a great performance from Tom Hardy. The dynamic between Eddie Brock and Venom was the best part of the film and it had me laughing quite a bit. Contrary to many people's opinion, I actually liked Riz Ahmed's twisted portrayal of Carlton Drake even though it was a bit clichè. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and can't wait to see where Sony decide to take this character next. Don't get me wrong, its flawed and the tone is all over the place at times but overall it's an entertaining ride. #Marvel#Sony#Venom#VenomMovie#TomHardy#EddieBrock#RizAhmed#MichelleWilliams#ScottHaze#MichelleLee#Symbiote#Riot#Carnage#SpiderMan#KravenTheHunter#SilverAndBlack#Morbius#SUMC
Word on the curb is that #AntoineFuqua (#TheEqualizer , #MagnificentSeven , #Southpaw , #TrainingDay ) is in the running to direct Sony's #KravenTheHunter movie, which has been written by #TheEqualizer screenwriter Richard Wenk, who says Kraven will come face to face with #Spiderman ?? So either Sony has plans to bring Spidey back in-house exclusively, or Wenk was just talking.
Hell, I was hoping a deal would be made to get Kraven over to #Marvel and he could either battle Spidey over there, or head to Wakanda and try to give T'Challa the business, which was Ryan Coogler's initial idea.
#KravenTheHunter solo movie writer #RichardWenk reveals he wants #AntoineFuqua to direct the film. Wenk wrote the script for Fuqua's #TheEqualizer starring #DenzelWashington , but I think Fuqua would be an exciting choice for this spinoff. However, Fuqua is in early development on his remake so he probably won't be available for this movie. Are you excited for the movie, and who should play him?

I never addressed the true meaning behind the bashing of venom on my YouTube channel.
For me it's all about keeping @tomholland2013 as the MCU spiderman point blank if the sony "spiderverse" has to fail then so be it.
