If you ever had beef back ribs, most people say “it was tough, hard to eat and not worth getting my hands on.. “ well I took the Angus beef back ribs and cooked it in a Korean traditional way which is galbi jjim style, slow cooked in a low heat for long time with soy garlic flavor with slight sweetness. I consider this menu to be one of my top 10 menu I have created from over 600 menus. So tender, full of flavor with juiciness and falls right off the bone. •••So in celebration of me and my cousins acceptance to our nursing program i decided to go out and try another hot ice cream shop. Earlier this i did a little bit of searching for some cool ice cream trends and the one i saw most was the somi somi takoyaki ice cream cone But while scrolling through pictures i also saw another trend that ive been seeing all over the mukbang community and that my friends is the korean corn dog and that place also served takoyaki cones so thats where i decided to go for convenience's sake. •••This outdoor shop named Kost.eat was set up at the shopping center above H-mart in Korea town. The customer service was good in my opinion they explained how the filling worked and different flavor mixes. I will say that the seating was a bit crowded and hard to move around when you come up and down to pick up your order but overall and good experience. •••The first thing i tried was the korean ice cone. I got the horchata ice with nutella filling. Now today ill tell ya it was soo hot but the first thing i noticed was that this ice cream held up alot longer than most soft serves ive had. The flavor was well it tasted like horchata 😂 so really good in my opinion although i did wish the cone was i bit more fresh and easier to bite into. Id rate it a 7/10

I was originally going to get the cheese filled but i ordered wrong 😅 and got the crunchy. Regardless i thought they did awesome the extra breading really pulled off the name and as someone who doesn't really eat a lot of fried food or red meat it didnt seem as heavy which was a plus!
