Have felt like eating more Korean lately. So here is the spicy beef bulgogi ddukbbokki (rice cakes) dish. For this one I defrosted beef bulgogi from the freezer, then cooked it in the cast iron pan; took out the beef. Next cooked up the rice cakes, added a teaspoon or two of gochujang, added the beef back in, and then stir fried with some Kimchi. Last step, added grated mozzarella!
Still working on a recipe as this one ends up being more complicated due to the marinating of your own beef bulgogi. Maybe there is a quicker recipe for the bulgogi that I can test out.... Will keep you all posted.

색깔이 예쁘게 잘 나와서 다행이야.
It’s the first time for me to make song-pyeon (rice cakes) by myself since I took the class in Korea.
I’m happy to have the same colorful results that I had in Korea.
