This is my working area... with some dirt, the plant that I had chosen is Rhoeo because I like the variegated color. @theurbanbotanist demonstrated the steps clearly and I really enjoyed touching the dirt with my bare fingers and I tell you this is the best way to get the best result! 😉😉😉. .
I closed my eyes and at this moment it reminds me of my younger years, as I continue working on my dirt and my kokedama taking shape, I feel light, stress away and simply pure enjoyment and I am so relax. This is one way to unwind after a busy work and to be close to nature in a very special way! So happy to be on this workshop! OK you got to see my final creation next.
Have you heard of kokedama? Sound Japanese isn't it. Yah, it originated from Japan, its Japanese Moss Balls... I am so lucky to attend a special event tonight presented by @theurbanbotanist. Ok I arrived at the venue with the table properly set up for each participants with all the necessary materials needed, shhhh I will get you excited so check the next post.😉😉😉 .
On the other side of the table is where you find this finished products (as shown on this pic) well, all I can say that @theurbanbotanist is very very organized lady! You an pick how you want you finished kokedama balls. For me I have chosen the moss finished.
So check the next post to see how we started..
