I have the honor of holding space for powerful, creative beings as they remember their purpose and how magical they are. Together, we create your soul-centered businesses from the ground up. Or, if you already have a business, we help you take your branding and message to the next level, so it reflects your deepest truth and calls forward your soul mate clients. It is the most profound work in the world. I am constantly in awe of the deep expanse of creativity that lives within each person, including you. Friday’s are dedicated to Recovery
Saturday mornings a dedicated to Recharging.
This is the view of my morning ritual
The Budhha - reminding me of the wisdom passed on from the seekers gone by.
The candle is lit with gratitude and as a reminder to honour that wisdom
The incense - at the moment I’m exploring the Root Chakra who’s sense is smell.
Coffee with Organic Cream and Organic Dark Chocolate -
consumed mindfully, purposefully with gratitude.
Welcoming the caffeine and fat combined to give me lasting energy and focus.
Writing my daily affirmations to tune in with my higher self
My gratitude to honour the past
And my intentions to honour the day.
And any other ideas that spring to mind to honour the spontaneity and creativity of a busy mind.
The power of ritual is something often missed and misused in our society - taking the time to do things mindfully, purposefully and with devotion can change the experience and add richness and fulfilment to our lives.
Once a week try creating an environment and procedure that helps you tune in to the essence you want to live with that day.
Self care/self love is not just about the foods you eat or the amount of exercise you do. It's not just about working hard to provide all the best life has to offer nor is it only about going out and laughing with your friends.
Sometimes self care/self love is simply allowing yourself to be tired and lethargic. Leaving the dishes in the sink and letting the laundry grace the basket for just another while you rest is also an act of self love.
Listen to your body and don't judge yourself for needing time to just rest. Sometimes your body needs rest, sometimes your mind needs a break, sometimes you soul needs to be reenergized and sometimes it's all three or a combination of them.
Stop judging yourself for needing rest. You're human. We all need time to ourselves to take care of our personal needs, to be lazy for a moment and have a moment of solitude.
This can be a challenging endeavor when you have children in your home. But there is always a moment you can steal away when they are sleeping or playing quietly or watching a beloved movie. You are not a bad parent for needing time to yourself. In fact, taking steps towards self care will make you a more patient parent.
Take care of you loves. No one else is going to do it for you.
Besides that, it is unrealistic to expect someone else to do for you what you are unwilling to do for yourself.
🌺The Queen of Disk has the long hard trek of the desert (background of the card) behind her now, symbolizing a season in Her life She has overcome. She rest, sitting on a huge pineapple enjoying the refreshing oasis and taking the time to look back on Her long difficult path. The crystal top staff and the horns on her head symbolise the clarity of her enhanced powers of perception.
🌸The Lovers- All symbols are presented in pairs in readiness to meet the opposite which yearn for and are attracted to one another. This duality which is reflected in every aspect of existence is existential experienced in the relationship between man and woman. Every attempt at approach, union, connection, is an expression of the passionate urge to re-establish this Lost Oneness. 🌼The Queen of Wands- has mastered Self Knowledge, She has looked deep within Her depths and made adequate and necessary personal transformations. The story states she use to have black hair and the panther her companion. The transformations She underwent left Her with Golden Hair and turned her panther to a Lion. 💫#tarot#alchemy#sacredgeometry#knowthyself#mindfulness#mysticism#pagan#motivation#love#goddess#namaste#yoga#beautiful#happiness#love#power#pentagram#strength#instagood#instalike#instalove#dubai#crossfit#instafollow#tarotreadersofinstagram#peaceofmind
The worship of the sun became the basis of all religions of antiquity. To them Light and Heat were Mysteries; as indeed they still are to us. As the Sun caused the Day and his absence the Night; as when he journeyed Northward, Spring and Summer followed him; and when he again turned to the South, Autumn and inclement Winter, and Cold and long dark nights ruled the Earth; as his influence produced the leaves and flowers, and ripened the harvests, and brought regular inundation, he necessarily became to them the most interesting object in the material Universe. It was their need of light, and of his creative energy, that was felt by all men; and nothing was more fearful to them than his absence. The Brahma of the Hindus, the Mithras of the Persians, and Atum, Amun, Ptah, and Ausar of Kemet, the Bel of the Chaldeans, the Adonis and Apollo of the Greeks became but personifications of the Sun, the regenerating Principle, image of that fertility which perpetuates and rejuvenates the world's existence.
