Cure that second sock syndrome once and for all! Join us next month for a fun class on knitting two socks at a time. We will be making a modified version of the Rose City Roller socks by @orangeknits. Instead of the roll, we’ll do a quick ribbed cuff, and go then straight to the heel. We will be going over Magic Loop, the Norwegian Cast on, the trick to casting on both socks on the same needle (no dpns or extra needles needed!) and how to approach heels and other sock techniques in two at a time knitting.

This class appears to be filling up quickly, so we suggest signing up soon! July 28th from 2-4:00pm. Visit our webshop to signup.
Eeeeeeek!!! I finally made my first @etsyca sale! Very excitingly, these scrubbies are on their way to a new home in Illinois. It’s a small sale, but it’s a huge step for my business 🙌. Very excited to see where things go next!
My favourite design element to Dolerite is definitely those little cables - I almost think they look like cross stitches! It's actually not your ordinary cable as there's a slip stitch in the progress that helps to create the lovely texture. Never fear if you haven't tried this technique before though - not only have I included fully written instructions in the pattern, you also get a link to a video tutorial where I clearly demonstrate all the steps! So you'll whiz through the alternating sections of texture and ribbing until before you know it, you have a huge, cozy, asymmetrical shawl!! If you're thinking of casting on a Dolerite, why not join in the special Wrapped Collection Stitch-along that's kicked off in the White Gum Wool Ravelry group? There's nothing like knitting along with friends, and I've heard there's going to be some great prizes too. And if you haven't tried it before, you're going to love working with White Gum - it's one of the softest wools I've ever felt, and ethically grown to boot! ❤ (Link to Dolerite Shawl pattern in my profile)
When you need to start getting ready for the holiday season, but it’s only June and not the least bit festive, you crank up the Christmas music while you take photos and create your own holiday spirit! 🎄🎶
#RepostSave @countessablaze with @repostsaveapp ・・・ The blog post for getting involved with the Tits Out Collective is on the blog on my website - clickable link on our profile for all the details.
We've got dyers, knitting and crochet designers and notions makers from all over the world onboard. We've got big names, brand new dyers about to open their Etsy shops who would benefit from the push and everybody in between.
With my approval, our original charity colourway can be replicated by other dyers using their own unique dyeing styles (as long as they follow my rules - nobody wants to face the Countess's wrath with her big stompy boots). It'll be like Pokémon Go but with yarn. Think of the Titty Fades you could make! 😉
On July 1st 2018, dyers, designers and makers will launch their products together and even more, in the spirit of the original If I Want Exposure, I'll Get My Tits Out, donations will be made to charities that each participant chooses. We've raised almost 4k for charity off the back of the original colourway (with yarn and swag) so let's get this through the roof together.
The Dyer Who Launched A Thousand Tits
I have two things occupying my time this week.. How can i make this baby come without being induced?! Was hoping 5th times the charm, due date is Saturday and doesn’t feel like the end is in sight.🙈 also, started another wrap, bigger size than this one! I love knitting these garter stitch wraps. I’m so excited to finish my latest! So on that side, I would like to finish it before I have this baby! 😂
