"It's not too late.
Time is not running out.
Your life is here and now.
And the moment has arrived at which you're finally ready to change." -Cheryl Strayed
I've put off a lot of changes in my life because I was too afraid to step out of my comfort zone. My old routine felt safer + easier, but I wasn't growing closer to God, and I wasn't becoming my best self. I've been more intentional about my life lately, and it's been so stretching + fulfilling. I'm taking risks. I'm pushing myself. I'm making goals. I'm setting boundaries. I'm learning a lot. I'm pursuing the things I love.
I'm so thankful for a slow + intentional start this morning (and coffee, I'm always thankful for coffee). We are all a work in progress, but every inch of growth is worth celebrating along the way ✨

"The Kitchen Table at Midtown staple Brennan’s is just that. Although this ringside seat is semi-closed-off for noise reduction, large windows offer a bird’s-eye view of executive chef @joe.cervantez and his staff as they cook up Texas Creole cuisine." - @marcydeluna
I have wanted a new #kitchentable ever since we moved into this house 5 years ago. Well, tomorrow that is happening! We have had this #roundtable that seats 4 since 2007 and it has served us well. With the layout of this house, I have always felt like a #rectangletable would work better in the space (and seat a couple more people too). Sure, we could have gone out and bought one before now but it has never been a priority…there was nothing wrong with the one we had and it served its purpose. You wanna know the best thing about the new table that is coming #tomorrow ? I was able to pay for it with my side business All.By.Myself and All.In.One.Month! Why is that a #bigdeal to me? Because I can contribute to our household in ways that I haven’t ever been able to before now. Hubby has a wonderful job and we are very blessed, but #letsbehonest , it’s because of him that we have what we have, and can do the things that we do. I am very #grateful for that and how hard he works, but it feels so good to be able to do some of the things that I want to do without having to depend on him to pay for it (and if y’all know both of us, y’all probably have figured out we don’t always agree on money #justbeinghonest ). I am so grateful for all that this side business has brought me, and #thankyou , thank you, thank you to all those who have supported me along the way. It’s because of that support that I have had the success that I have. Has it always been easy? No. Have there been times when I wanted to quit? Of course, but #knowingwhatiknow about this company and what these products can do to change someone's health and finances, I am in it for the long haul and feel very blessed that I get to do this. If you want a new kitchen table, let’s talk 😉
I bought this adorable plaid table runner at Target last year, but just brought it out again today! I love the fact that it’s traditional fall colors, but in a soft and muted version. If you didn’t get a chance to see any of my fall tours and you’re looking for some fall decorating inspo, I’ve linked all of them in my profile! Hope your Monday felt like a Tuesday!💛 #casualchichome

I love the details. The details, for me, are what make things stand out. Makes them unique. •
Sometimes I can get frustrated with myself for being too “in the weeds” of the details. I obsess over them. •
But then I remember God is a God of detail. He is in the details. The details of our lives - the unique gifting, the hidden dreams, the unspoken prayer requests- are His custom design. He doesn’t miss a thing. He takes all of us in. Not a second slips past His notice. Every detail of our lives unfolds under His watchful eye. Our God is in the details. •
And I can glorify and reflect Him in the details of my life.
