Onion Rings 🌰
1 whole white onion
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 Spicy Crispy Fry Breading Mix
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter until the consistency becomes thick and creamy.
2. Slice the onion into rings about 1/4 of an inch and separate them from each other carefully. You can also pre-heat oil after this to save time.
3. Coat the sliced onions with batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
4. Once ready, place them in a plate with some paper towels to get rid of the excess oil. It goes well with mayonnaise + ketchup dip.

Tonight's chefs dinner special:
Honey citrus pepper general chicken.
With sauté peppers , onions and mushrooms , steamed jasmine rice topped with a hint of dill , and some roasted green beans and summer carrots. Yep! Your boy still got it. Dont get it twisted! #chefboyrdayton#kitchenmadness#kitchenflow#workflow#inthekitchen
Cooking lifts me up, yet calms me down; excites me, yet relaxes me. It hears my curses and keeps my secrets. It gives me freedom and unrestricts my creativity. I am it’s mistress and also it’s servant. 🧘♀️I am one with my kitchen, and my kitchen is one with me....... 😑 I think I need to spend less time contemplating in here, and a bigger wall to hang my pots 🙄🧐🤓
This was such a beautiful #Repost @godivachocolate__ My new “friend in my head.” ・・・ AND SHE SAYS:
“Pictures like our previous post go viral and surface all over the internet almost everyday. We get hundreds of DMs and sooo many comments of people asking us how we do it. “How are your children so well behaved?” “How do you have so much patience?” So I figure I’d show you the raw moments that I normally don’t post- this is me trying to cook dinner and listen to my music in peace after venturing out with 3 small children all day without my husband. I’ve been outnumbered, overwhelmed, and okay, I’ll admit it. I️ lost my 3 year old in LEGO land....3 times😩😂. But they had fun. I had fun. And as I attempt to clear my head and cook dinner in peace, there is a fussy baby who wants more candy, a 5 year old who’s got play doh everywhere, and a 3 year old who’s clobbering me with Moana. A lot of life happens between 8:30am and 8:30pm and much of it is not doused in perfection. Moments like these aren’t always my favorite, but they’re definitely worth remembering (Like I would be able to forget them anyway) so to answer the million dollar question: My children are not always well behaved, they’re children.😂. I don’t have it all together. I’m weathering the storm and managing blessings. Managing the madness, the beautiful disaster that is #MOTHERHOOD ✊🏾 just like you.”
