Going back to the past. This weekend I’m at Porto, with my wife @in_vitro_veritas and the babies. I’ve been many times at Portugal, but always I find myself surprised about how kind, gentle and kind are Portuguese people. In fact it has been almost painful because the only bad behavior that we’ve suffered has come from a group of sixty-years-old SPANISH women when they have taken before of us the elevator reserved for people with babies among others. We need to learn so much from our neighbors... #porto#portugal#travel#travelphotography#travelphoto#kindpeople#iloveportugal#goodattitude
Northern Virginia skies, beautiful.
But in the short weekend being here I was reminded why I’m so much happier in PA... the kindness and patience of the people in my hometown is unmatched. I found kind people like that in my time living in VA but strangers here are rude and entitled.
Thank you for let me being part of the “Mercy Centre Happy Family Camp 2018” I have seen and learned so many things from them especially creative, team work, respects, caring and the most important is to work with my awesome colleagues to serve these kind and generous people who are open their heart to us. Our department is looking forward to make the family camp for them again ❤️
Another day of driving the windy mountain roads with horns blaring to arrive at Chainpur, where we met the rest of our team members, the four Neplais ladies. We were blessed by the village when we arrived and then on our walk through the village in the evening we were blessed by a family playing in their yard. Such an amazing feeling having a village support your climb and give you blessings :) #climbing#nepal#kindpeople#bless#tothemountains#ontheroad#chainpur#village#experience#mylife
My 1-year-old and 2-year-old both got the chicken pox this last week, which is not something I even thought kids got anymore, especially because they both have the vaccination. It has been a miserable, itchy week with lots of crying and sleepless nights. We’ve also had a lot of crazy things going on in our personal life and just felt really overwhelmed by this week in general. Last night I got a care package on my porch from a group of friends who I did a study abroad with almost ten years ago! They put my favorite candy, some caffeine, and ways to entertain my kids while we’re still quarantined. I couldn’t stop crying when I opened it. There is something about knowing that other people are thinking and worrying about you that makes a tough time a little bit easier. Small acts of kindness make a big difference. •
Sometimes its good to reflect... you will always come to points where the way forward may not seem so clear... reflection can bring clarity.. rest ...regrouo and come again...flashback to our first full length production May 2017... what an insane funny production... thanks to all dancers who have stuck it thru with us.

Madhavi, my domestic help's daughter went to the gift shop everyday to check if it was still in the store. She kept requesting the shopkeeper to keep it there till she buys it. She collected her pocket money and finally got it. My mother said all that when she saw tears in my eyes.
I has just got home from a walk when I saw my domestic help Veeramani (Amma I call her) and her daughter Madhavi waiting there for me with a gift. I was overwhelmed and she insisted that I open the gift and was waiting to see my expressions. I very patiently opened it and found my favourite deities of Sri Sri Radha Krishna. She asked "Anna ela undi? Meeku nachinda? Idi last piece akada, cheekitilo merustundi" (Brother how is it? Did you like it? This was the last piece and it Glows in the dark). I was just controlling my tears and told her that I loved the gift and that it is very kind of her to even think of getting me a gift😊. It's a blessing to be around people who love you so much and God has blessed me abundantly with people in my life who love me unconditionally!
This Dusshera shall be remembered for the rest of my life. ❤️ #grateful#blessed#emotional#supersweet#love#unconditional#kindpeople#happysouls 😊
This week is National Carer's Week. It is about celebrating these people and spreading awareness about carers. This is something that I hold close to my heart because I wouldn't have been able to anything without my carers ⠀
