Making yogurt at home is so easy I'm thinking of doing a video for this recipe because if we can't source raw milk then we should definitely ferment it! Pasteurization kills everything in milk making it not only extremely hard to digest but also harmful to our health. Basically raw and fermented is the way to go. Raw milk is truly a beautiful gift from cows but always source from pasture raised cows because grain fed cows are sick with so many diseases!
