Been craving some good fish tacos lately so I whipped these bad boys up the other night. They were very easy to make. Usually fish tacos are made with some type of slaw but I decided to substitute that with kimchi. I used seared ahi tuna that was marinated in 1tsp of lime juice and 1Tbsp of soy sauce and seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper. Then I finished the tacos off with some some freshly chopped cilantro, Sriracha mayo, and sesame seeds. It is also key to use corn tortillas. Definitely one of the my favorite things I’ve made in awhile.
