"Like the devil walked in": woman escapes assault, kidnapping when suspect falls asleep~fox2detroit.com A Detroit woman and her baby were kidnapped at gunpoint after her ex-boyfriend dragged her down a flight of stairs and assaulted her multiple times.
Nyree Henderson thought her life was over. She was sleeping in her upstairs room with her one-year-old in the same room when her ex-boyfriend broke into the home through her kitchen window.
When she first saw him, she thought she wouldn't leave the room alive."He just walks into this house with latex gloves on. and my thought was 'I'm not about about to make it out of this room, this was it'," Henderson said.ssaulted multiple times, with visible wounds to her eye, forehead, and her teeth. "My adrenaline was rushing so fast, so I didn't even feel him hit me in my mouth, kick me in (the eye)," she said.
She was assaulted multiple times, dragged down the flight flight of stairs, and all with her one-year-old in her arms. "Dragged me out of the house with the gun to my head, pulled me down the stairs, pulled me out the house. my friend's brother actually ran up to him like 'what are you doing' but he didn't see the gun in his hand. he showed it to him like 'back up'," Henderson said.
He dragged her all the way down to a house about a mile-and-a-half away and kept her in a home there for about 45 minutes or an hour. She finally was able to escape when he made a mistake. "He went to sleep," she said.
The Detroit Police Department says a warrant has been submitted for aggravated felonious assault and kidnapping. They are not releasing his name but ask anyone who knows what may have happened to call 1-800-SPEAK-UP
We have posted in the past on this case expressing the TRUE story that the mother was the original kidnapper despite all her lies to the Dutch media and public. We have been sent trolls by the mother attack us for sharing the TRUE story. Insiya is now in her habitual residence with her custodial parent...her father.
There’s definitely no winners in this massive media circus created by the kidnapper (mother) crying wolf. Whether right or wrong how the father recovered his kidnapped daughter today the Indian court has made the final decision. She’s staying permanently in the place she’s grown up in before being abducted by retention in the Netherlands.
We have seen it in Poland, Australia and now the Netherlands mothers who kidnap their children then immediately run to the media to try and play the victim. Just doesn’t work now!! The kidnapper refuses to make any comment.... funny that once the truth comes out.

Getting excited about "Let's Not Meet" premiere on August 31 at the Bowtie Theater in Red Bank then coming to Amazon Prime later! This screenshot was from a super intense kidnapping and hostage scene of Amber Jane and Jessica where we literally sat in a dirty abandoned warehouse for hours to not throw off the continuity of all of the shots around us. Awesome actress @georgette_mv and I totally (literally) had each other's backs and were such troopers. And yes, in real life, we know we could've gotten out of this very easily but horror movie 19 year olds are not always the brightest 😂 📷 repost thanks always to director @ryancallawaysd 🙇

Photograph from a birthday “party” from 1979-81 where the parents that know each other place their children into social situations because none I#of us really knows one another because we’re too young to differentiate. I am on the bottom right, ironically the only child that’s unaware of the photographer & what they implicate. I’m probably searching for something to destroy, as was the type of thing that I considered “fun” back then. I was a little pyro/klepto maniac from what I recall, but I never tried to murder anybody, even accidentally as far as I can recall...
I’m probably the youngest young person in this room. Thanks for the pic @deekat327 NOT the child being elbowed in the face by the kid digging for the Cracker Jack prize, but the child that’s on the floor on the opposite side of the child that looks like she’s stuffing food up here nose from me & who I thought was my brother, til I realized that my brother is the one with the “Nogales(?), Mexico” t-shirt. #Kidnapping#CartelLand#CrackerJacks#FakeFriendsBirthdayParty#NYCstyle despite being too young to speak, I always clearly thought to myself “who are these other kids?” “I don’t know any of these other people” And I still feel like that in the majority of social situations... #Antisocial#Asocial#MentalHealthIssues#BipolarBearClub#BipolarBearCub
📒 REVIEW 📒 Thank you to @stmartinspress for this free book. Not Her Daughter, by Rea Frey - I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ outta 5 stars, with a side of choices.
Emma Townsend is 5 years old - a little girl whose mother verbally and physically abuses her. Amy Townsend is a woman filled with self-loathing - unable to love anyone and drained from an unwanted life. Sarah Walker is a successful waman with abandonment issues, a broken heart, and an empty life. When Sarah sees Amy hurt Emma she does what she believes is right - she kidnaps her. Relax - I'm not giving away a thing - you learn all this right off. Then BOOM! We go back and forth from Sarah's perspective to Amy's perspective, from what Sarah is doing with Emma to what Amy is doing without her, from the run Sarah and Emma are on to Amy's reaction to it. And there's backstory on both women (one part unnecessary in my opinion) and you need to read one more chapter and the one more chapter turns into seventy pages and the story reaches a crescendo and...dude - like imma tell you what happens?
Rea Frey has written a fast-paced, emotionally charged, tightrope-walk of a read. It doesn't matter if you're a parent, it doesn't matter what you think of Sarah or Amy, what DOES matter is this: Not Her Daughter WILL make you think, WILL make you choose sides, and WILL make you wanna talk about it. 📒 ☕ .
Human trafficking is taking someone against their will to be bought, sold and exploited in many different ways- sexual slavery, forced labour, street crime, domestic servitude or even the sale of organs and human sacrifice. Men, women and children are trafficked within their own countries and across international borders.
Oasis India has liberated many women from the bondages of the commercial sex trade, and has given them hope and dignity through counselling and livelihood training. They are now focusing on creating awareness about human trafficking in order to protect children and other community members from trafficking.

Kidnapping refers to using force to take and confine someone against their will. This crime is punishable by life sentence in Florida. Charges are aggressively pursued by law enforcement officials in the state as this charge should not be taken slightly. Individuals wrongly accused of this crime should find an experienced attorney to represent them.⚖
