Pular corda para emagrecer é uma das formas mais barata e rápida de queimar gordura.😉 Para quem nunca pulou corda será bom comecar a pular em um ritmo fácil, deixando que seus pés batam no chão duas vezes entre cada volta da corda. Mantenha esse ritmo por mais ou menos 60 segundos, então acelere o quanto conseguir pelos próximos 30 segundos e volte ao ritmo mais calmo realizando circuitos intervalados por 5 ou 10 minutos.

Aos pouco você irá melhorando seu condicionamento físico e deverá incluir exercícios com o peso do corpo para melhorar o seu treino.

🎄12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS🎄inspired workout this morning.

While our 9:00am classes are 45 minute classes, I gave the Tribe the option of pushing through untill the last "Partridge in a pear tree" or in our case, the final 400m run. And this is just what @amandaissa_ @turning_left_leanne and @melissamicet chose to do, push until the very end!! All finishing together in 55 minutes.

To all of my other amazing gals who gave it their 100% today, and had to get to work, appointments and more Christmas shopping, it was AWE-inspiring to watch you work. Nessie, pretty sure it was coach Mands who did the complaining today....😂 And who was our most delightful, most wise and graceful client who totally dropped the F bomb today? Actually, that baby wasn't just dropped, it was sent like a torpedo through the lips, with passion!! Can you guess???? ❤ my Tribe!

This is my go to Kettlebell workout and a favourite with clients!🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️💪😍 I usually coach it time based, e.g. 45s on/15s off each exercise, 3 rounds with 60s - 90s rest between rounds. Alternatively, you may wish to perform it rep based, e.g. 20 reps per exercise, 3 rounds (or as many rounds as you like!) with 90s rest at the end of each round. Have fun!💪😊💪
