Incredible balance of milky and creamy, mild flavored cheese with salty strong beef, it was just an explosion of flavors.

Sesame Salmon Salad for you

● 1 medium head lettuce, chopped
● 1 medium red pepper, chopped
● 1 medium yellow pepper, chopped
● 2 large (12-ounce each) salmon filets
● 4 tablespoons olive oil
● 1 teaspoons sesame oil
● 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
● 1⁄4 cup green onions, chopped
● 4 tablespoons olive oil
● 1 teaspoon sesame oil
● 5 tablespoons coconut aminos ●
1. Heat up the 3⁄4 of the olive oil for the salad in a pan over medium heat. Add the sesame oil, coconut oil, and liquid aminos.
2. If needed, cut your salmon into smaller pieces. (I halved both filets to make 4 pieces)
3. Place your salmon in the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Flip them over and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. They
should be a light pink to white color on the inside once they are done.
5. While your salmon is cooking, place your lettuce and peppers into a

1 large ripe avocado
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place heaping teaspoon-sized scoops of mixture on baking sheet, leaving about 3” apart between each scoop. Flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon or measuring cup. Bake until crisp and golden, 15 to 18 minutes, then let cool completely. Serve at room temperature.

😜🌮🔥 Spicy pan grilled chicken and avocado tacos topped with a creamy cilantro lime sauce 🍃These tasty are bursting with flavor and are made in under 30 minutes! 🌮🌮
For the Chicken
1 pound chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic crushed or minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon onion or garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tbsp olive oil
squeeze of lime optional
cilantro lime sauce
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt or Mayo
1/4 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 avocados, sliced
6-8 small tortillas corn or flour
To Make Chicken
Chop 2-3 medium chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces. In a medium bowl whisk together olive oil, garlic, chili, cumin, onion powder, and salt. Add in chicken and toss to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 48 hours.
To cook: Heat a large heavy-duty or cast iron skillet on high heat for 1 minute. Add the olive oil and chicken. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until charred and cooked through, 8-12 minutes. Turn off heat and finish with a squeeze of lime (optional). To Make the Cilantro Lime Sauce
Add the sour cream, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt & pepper to blender or food processor. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minutes or until creamy.
Char tortillas on stove-top if desired. Add some of the chicken to the warmed tortillas. Top with avocado and cilantro sauce.
