To have a mind in love with God, we have to be careful of what we allow ourselves to consume. If everything we consume is worldly, we will be worldly. But if what we consume is godly, we will be more like God.
I challenge you to read Luke during your break for Christmas (whether that’s two days or two weeks). Split it up or read it all in one sitting, just do it. Fill your mind with the goodness of God❤️
Last night I made #blackberry#cobbler both traditional for my family and #KETO for me. The traditional cobbler called for 2C white sugar! That is #crazy ! I cut the traditional cobbler back to 1C and my family gobbled it up. I had @joe_godio taste test the KETO cobbler and my husband tested it as well. They both said it was great and they would eat it in place of the traditional one. I used #swerve and #almondflour in the KETO version and it was #delicious .

170g Shredded mozzarella
85g Almond meal
2 Tbsp Cream cheese
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Medium Egg
Pinch of Salt
Sesame Seeds to garnish
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (fan forced)
Mix mozzarella, almond meal and cream cheese until combined. Microwave mixture for 1 minute.
Add egg, baking powder and salt. Mix together gently until combined.
Roll into 4 doughnut shapes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly, and oven bake for around 15 minutes or until golden brown.

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 lemons and zest of 1
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 pt. small cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. shredded fresh basil
1 lemon, sliced into half moons
Cooked rice, for serving
Season chicken all over with salt and lemon pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through, 10 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a plate and make pan sauce.
Add butter to pan drippings and let melt. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, 1 minute, then add lemon juice and zest and cream. Bring to a simmer, then add cherry tomatoes, basil and lemon slices. Simmer until thick, 5 minutes, then add back chicken to skillet.

Gonna fast again today, I forgot to share what hubby brought home for dinner last night, but it was a chef salad from @wildwingcafe I only had about 4 bites bc I was so sleepy. Total fast lasted a little over 22 hours.
AD Bacon, Mushroom, and Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Holiday craze is on the rise, so quick and easy recipes are a must! These Bacon, Mushroom, and Cheese Stuffed Peppers use @smithfieldbrand bacon and will make a wonderful addition for upcoming holiday parties. They only require 20 minutes to make! #HolidayHub ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 8 slices Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon
• 4 bell peppers: any color is fine - I chose 2 red and 2 green
• 1 cup diced onion
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 2 garlic cloves chopped
• 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes drained
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to broil.
Boil a large pot of water on the stove on high-heat.
Cut and remove the tops from each pepper. You can save the tops of the peppers for food styling if you wish.
When the water reaches boiling, add the peppers to the pot to parboil. Cook for 5 minutes until the peppers are soft.
Remove the peppers from the water and drain.
Cook the bacon in a skillet on medium-high heat.
Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain the excess fat. Crumble the bacon.
Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet on medium-high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Add the diced tomatoes, 1/2 of the shredded cheese, and the cooked bacon to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
Place the peppers in a 9x13 baking dish. Load the peppers with the bacon, mushroom, and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese throughout each pepper.
Broil the peppers for 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Cool before serving.
