1 clove minced Garlic
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Water

2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
1/4 cup sweetener, I used Swerve
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup pureed pumpkin, I used Libby's
3 cups of ice
High Powered Blender Instructions
Place the items in the blender in the order in which they are listed.
Place the lid on the blender without the lid cap.
Press the ice cream button on the blender.
Use the food tamper to push all of the items down in the blender.
Using the tamper with the lid on, also wasn't enough for me to get the ice cream fully blended. After the 1 minute and 20 seconds (ice cream preset timing), I removed the lid from the blender and did a few good stirs of the mixture. I need to get to the bottom of the blender and stir. I wasn't able to do this while the blender was in process.
I blended for an additional 40-50 seconds.
Remove the ice cream and serve.
Serve the ice cream immediately. Store in the freezer if you do not wish to serve it immediately.

Haven’t posted in a minute because still a college student and i got no timeeee. But here’s last nights dinner spaghetti squash with spinach alfredo sauccccce. I cut the squash in half drizzled some avo oil with light salt and pepper also added fresh basil and roasted at 350 for about an hour. At the 45 minute mark i tossed the sauce quickly in a pan. .

After that thickens strand your squash and mix it in. Too good 😋
Keto Garlic Bread with Salmon and Kale chips. FYI When putting the egg in the dry mixture the batter will be gooey. Pat it on the wax paper and then when making the butter mixture put a half of butter in it unstead of 3 tablespoons it will not make enough. I took some okay salmon and made it amazing by adding butter to the top before baking and topping it with McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning. 🤤 For the brussel sprouts I wash, cut in 1/2, toss in olive oil and salt, then bake until it’s as brown as you want!

Long story short, I have been practicing Keto for a little over a year and I have never experienced the Keto flu. On Wednesday this past week I started a 48 hours fast, I drank snake juice throughout the entire fast. I thought I was hydrated, I thought I was getting as much minerals and electrolytes I needed but apparently I was WRONG. •
Thursday night I was up and down all night with a PANIC attack sensation, Friday morning I woke after little sleep and I was sick as crap and moody as all get out! •
Unfortunately I had to make a drive out of town and by the time I was heading home the kids were starving so we stopped at Wendy’s and I ordered a burger and was just going to take the bun off. INSTEAD I devour the whole thing along with a large fry 🍔 and drove the rest of the way home in self pity. All weekend I still felt like dog crap and used that excuse to keep eating whatever was in my path 🍕. Let’s just say I spent the whole weekend drowning in self pity and feeling even worse from eating total garbage.
Today// I woke up early and got a good workout in and I’m back on trAck. I have my homemade electrolytes and I’m back on ZERO carb.
It’s been a rough day but I know the reward is much greater then a couple bad days!

1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan optional
1/2 teaspoon kosher or natural sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional
1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper
1 pound chicken tenderloins 6-8 pieces
1/4 cup olive oil or a beaten egg
1. On a plate or shallow container, mix coconut flour, Parmesan and spices with a fork.
2. Pour olive oil (or beaten egg) in a small container. Drench each tenderloin in olive oil then gently press each chicken tenderloin in coconut flour mixture. Spray extra olive oil over the coating until wet to prevent dryness.
3. Ensure each tenderloin is completely covered with coating then place on a rack inside a shallow baking pan. Spraying extra olive oil on top prevents dry coating.
4. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes then flip each tenderloin.
5. Continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes. To brown the outside, place tenders about 6-inches from top broiler on high and broil each side for about 1 minute. (You'll need to flip the tenders again to brown each side using the broiler)
6. Eat plain or dip in your favorite sauce.
Keto Hibiscus Heaven Refresher Drink: 1 carb, 6 fat, 65 calories. I HAVE to believe this is heaven, it’s too creamy and sweet to be anything else! 😋 Steeped 12oz tea for 5mins. Placed tea in 12 ounce blender container with about 5-7 ice cubes, added 1 tablespoon heavy cream, 1/4 cup cashew milk and 1-3 teaspoons sugar free vanilla syrup and blended about 10 seconds.
