Recipe for flatbread fathead feta, spinach and pesto deliciousness
1 3/4 grated mozzerella
3/4 almond flour
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Add cheeses and flour to bowl, microwave for 1 min in high
Mix then microwave for 30 more seconds.
Mix egg, salt and garlic powder and any other herbs you like.
Roll out place your desired toppings, you can either make into scroll or mini flatbread/pizzas.
We added pesto, spinach and feta.
This definitely cured my #pizza craving while my kids had regular pizza. All I did was butter a small cake pan, add a little pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, a serving of pepperoni, jalapeño pepper slices, a few slices of bell pepper and a handful of spinach. Oh and threw a little Parmesan cheese on top with cracked red pepper. Then I put it in the air fryer on 400 until it was perfect!

8oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning ...mix all ingredients together, put in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until golden. -
Let cool for 10 minutes. Add your sauce (I use HEB brand) cheese and toppings. Put back in oven for another 10 minutes and BAM! All gooood!

Keto Low Carb Chicken Crust Deluxe Pizza🍕
One of the most easy keto low carb friendly crust!!! All you need is ground chicken, cheese (mozzarella works great) I used marble but you can use whatever you like. A little parmesan cheese and some seasonings. That’s it!
One pound ground chicken
One cup cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Season to your liking (I used Mrs.Dash garlic salt, pepper, pink himalaya salt and red chilli flakes.
Mix ingredients together and then place a parchment paper on your baking sheet.
Lay out the ingredients on the sheet like a crust. Bake for about 20 mins on 375.
Once you see the crust edging starting to golden up your ready to add whatever toppings you want.
Place it back in the oven for another 10 mins.
Give it a try and enjoy😋

I was looking forward to coming home, throwing some toppings on this cauliflower crust pizza and tossing it in the oven! A quick meal ya know but still decent? 🍕
You've probably heard of fathead dough, if not it's super easy to find online and it takes just a few ingredients & is delish 😋 The first few pics are my pizza! And you'll see there's not much of a size difference between mine (homemade) and Kelson's (cauliflower, last pic) but a huge nutrition difference. 😱
This is just an example of reading your labels and staying committed. 16 net carbs for ONE SLICE of the TJ's cauliflower crust because it's made with corn flour and potato starch as well. I'm a huge TJ fan and drive an hour once a month just to shop there, but just because it sounds good doesn't always mean it is. Not that this is bad for you, it just doesn't fit my goals right now. 👎🏼
The old me would've just been like what the heck, I don't care, I don't want to cook, it's just one night, it's still better than regular dough. But I have goals and am not willing to give in so easily just because I don't want to spend and extra 10 minutes on a dough that fits my macros. 💪🏼 My appetite is totally shrinking so I only at like 1/3 of this, but I could've eaten my entire pizza for around 8 net carbs with sauce and everything; whereas, the other would've cost me nearly my entire day's worth of carbs in one slice after toppings. 🤔🚫
Our health is truly worth the extra work and time. Set goals & do what it takes to achieve them. Find what works for you and your balance. I'm 14lbs down from my highest weight and truly feel better and more motivated than I ever have. No end in sight 😎

I can eat this entire 8 inch pizza and it only has 7 net carbs, and it doesn't have any gross fake ingredients! And it is yummy! I also chronically under eat (yay hypothyroidism!) and have trouble meeting my calorie goals. Most days I am a few hundred short and can't bring myself to eat more. If I don't eat enough, I don't loose weight. The hefty calorie count here is a real plus for me!

Ok, so I may have or may not have burnt the edges, but this was such a good keto pizza ☆
70gms grated cheddar
5gms coconut flour
20gms tomato puree
30gms grated cheddar
30gms grated mozzarella
49gms sliced black olives
MAKING THE PIZZA BASE
1) Mix ingredients together
2) Spread the mixture about half a centimetre thick on lightly greased baking paper
3) Bake for 5 minutes and poke some holes in the base with a fork then bake again until the golden brown (not black like mine🙄).
1) Spread 20gms of tomato puree
2) Sprinkle cheddar & mozzarella
3) Add 40gms black pitted olives and grill until the cheese has melted ☆

This pizza is amazing. The fathead dough is only 3/4 c part skin shredded mozzarella and 1/3 c almond flour, and spices to taste. Microwave in 30 second increments then mix until blended. Roll on cookie sheet, Bake at 400 for 5-9 minutes. Top however you want and bake until bubbly.

Ich hatte, deswegen habe ich diese low carb Omelett-Pizza gemacht. Ja, es ist Omelett 😁 schaut nicht so aus?
Mit diesem leckeren Pizza-Omelett hast du viele Proteine und fast keine Kohlenhydrate.
Es ist keine Pizza, aber es schmeckt super lecker 😋 👩🏻🍳 Die Eier verquirlen, Eine Pfanne erhitzen und darin Kokosöl lassen. Die Eiermischung in die Pfanne geben, gleichmäßig verteilen und stocken lassen, auf beiden Seiten goldbraun werden lassen! Wenn das Omelett fertig ist, können nach Belieben weitere Zutaten dazugegeben werden. Bei mir war es Tomatensoße, Oregano, Käse, Schinken und Oliven. Die Hitze reduzieren und am besten einen Deckel aufsetzen. Sobald Käse geschmolzen ist, ist Pizza fertig. ❗️Probiert dieses Rezept gerne mit den Pizza-Zutaten eurer Wahl aus! 😎 Guten Appetit und wie immer würde es mich freuen, wenn du mir berichtest, wie es dir geschmeckt hat!

Sa ovom omlet picom imaš gomilu proteina i skoro ništa hidrata, pa je zato super, sto za doručak, sto za večeru. 🍕 nije pica, ali je super ukusno!
👩🏻🍳umutiti jaja, izručiti u tiganj podmazan kokosovim uljem, peći sa obe strane dok ne porumeni, skloniti sa vatre i dodati sve ostale sastojke. Ja sam koristila paradjz sos, origano, sunku, kackavalj i masline. Sve to lepo sloziti kao na pravoj pici, poklopiti tiganj, redukovati toplotu i vratiti na ringlu dok se kackavalj ne istopi i to bi bio kraj 😊
