Keto mini cheesecakes with berries sauce 😋🤤 they actually taste like real ones 💙💙💙 Ingredients for 12 mini cheesecakes:
Base: 70 gr ground almonds, 50 gr ground coconut, 50 gr melted butter, 2 tbsp stevia sweetener, mix together and place in muffins silicon cups or you can make like normal cheesecakes.
Cheese filling: 200 gr cream cheese, 50 ml double cream, 50 ml soured cream, 3 tbsp stevia sweetener, one egg, lemon zest (half tsp), vanilla extract, mix everything and add on top of base.

#Keto Lunch - One of my favorite lunch spots when I didn't have time to pack. This is a Cali Club in a tub from Jersey Mike's - turkey, cheese, bacon, and avocado and I top it with lettuce, a little tomato, pickles, pepperoncinis, jalapeños, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar. I also love their Original Italian, Super Sub, and Club Sub. Mmmmm delicious!!!

For those of you that have asked, here is the dressing recipe:
--1 TBS balsamic vinegar
--2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
I specifically marinate tomatoes in the rest, and add it to the lettuce, you could do it all together though! --pink himilayan salt (to taste) --fresh ground pepper (to taste) --1 tsp fresh garlic (I use squeeze bottle kind) --1TBS fresh basil chopped small ( or 1tsp squeeze bottle kind) --1-2 tsp chives if you have them
