Brekkie day 1👻 it’s been about 2 years since I’ve done low carb. 2 years ago I tried a low carb diet and had pretty good success- I lost about 65 lbs in less than a year. I stopped eating low carb and after a couple years I gained back 40 lbs, mostly due to depression. I’m giving low carb another go to jump start my health and see how I feel 🍖🍳
This might be my favorite Keto lunch yet! Thai chili shrimp bowl with sauteed spinach and avocado on cauliflower rice. 27g protein, 32g fat, 7g net carbs. #yum 🍤🥑 🍋 (yes, I put limes in almost everything)
We went out for dinner last night.. Grandma got the kids pudding for dessert.. I love chocolate pudding!! Then we had company last night and she brought keto chocolate pudding!!! So good!! What are the odds of that 😁. So I had pudding for breakfast!! Oh ya!! I'll get the recipe! So good!! .

I love blended drinks. I drink one almost everyday. This one I had for breakfast and it had almond milk, heavy cream, MCT oil, protein powder, instant coffee and xanthan gum. Sweetened with @skinnymixes pumpkin cheesecake syrup.
Greetings from the top of Wank Mountain! Finally hiked up this bad boy today - I’ve officially hiked up all of the major mountains in Garmisch - with several repeats thrown in! So many more to hike across the border in Austria and just a few towns over in Oberammergau. We have a few more weeks left suitable for hiking, and then it’s time to bring on the 🏔 ❄️ 🏂 🎿

Typical Ketogenic diets require you minimize your carbohydrate intake to 5-10% of calories (give or take depending on activity levels), while filling out the rest with fat (about 60%) and protein (about 30-35%).
👉🏼 Some notes: Biltong is an air dried beef seasoned with vinegar and spices, no sugar (unlike beef jerky!). And for deli meats, please stick to those that are minimally processed and do not contain additives, fillers, and preservatives. And finally, for canned fish 🐟 , PLEASE make sure the fish is packed in either water, extra virgin olive oil, or tomato sauce.
