i feel like i get starbucks almost every week on a monday before i go to school so here’s a low carb option:
• venti cold brew or iced coffee • heavy whipping cream (ask for it on the side because sometimes they be putting way too much of that shit lol)
• sugar-free vanilla • cinnamon powder (optional) •splenda naturals packets (from home)
so since i’m obviously not knew to keto i’m going to post some keto foods that i’ve already taken pictures of since i started :) whenever u want a quick snack go grab a fiji and some cheese bites from Trader Joe’s :) it’s kind of filling too

Tonight's keto dinner: Instant Pot chicken fajitas. Tried to make coconut flour-based tortillas which weren't my favorite, so opted for romaine in round 2 instead. Delicious! 🌮🥑🌶

Just broiled cheese and taco meat on the pork rinds for a few minutes in the oven, added some low carb queso dip I found because: cheese 🧀 and served with salsa, sour cream and avo. Delishhhh
I’m having trouble feeling hip thrusts in my glute, lately. I feel it more in my hamstrings. Lately, I’m only getting at my glute with hip abductions and sometimes back extensions.
Does anyone have experience getting hip thrusts to work their glute after feeling them more in the hamstrings??? I’m trying so many different foot placements it’s driving me nuts.
