❓ What cardio do you use for fat loss... if any?
🏃🏻♂️ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is touted as a super effective and often superior fat loss tool, and while it can be, it's not as high and mighty as many would have you to believe.
🏋🏼♂️ In the end, fat loss is still best achieved via a caloric deficit and even more so with resistance training thrown in the mix. Cardio only helps with increasing that caloric deficit regardless of the method.
🚶🏻♂️ I often recommend that people increase their caloric expenditure by making subtle lifestyle modifications over time to increase their N.E.A.T. (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) which ends up adding up to WAY MORE calories burned than you would likely achieve in one short cardio session.
👍🏽 In the end, much like a diet, adherence reigns supreme. If you love sprinting or other bouts of high-intensity cardio over low-intensity forms like walking or jogging, then HIIT may be for you.

Simple yet tasty! Keto doesn’t need to be complicated! Chicken tenders covered in pork rind crumbs and Parmesan, fried in coconut oil and dipped in ranch dressing with a side of leafy salad (with more ranch lol) SIMPLE, YUMMY AND FILLING! Keto win!
I found this recipe for peanut butter cheesecake brownies on a package of unsweetened chocolate and I was intrigued! There were two ingredients that weren’t keto (flour and sugar), so I replaced those two things with keto alternatives (almond flour and my pyure stevia blend sweetener) and this is what they turned out like!!! So yummy and RICH!!! 3g net carbs 21g of fat and 6g protein! Not bad for a yummy treat! If anyone is interested in the recipe, comment below!
When I was bigger I would always look at women in cute dresses and wish I could wear them.
Wish I could feel comfortable enough to just throw on a dress and walk out of the house.
This summer I’m finally there, actually I’ll I pretty much wear now are dresses.
Moments like the one I had last night when I was in Costco, grabbed a cute dress in a size I thought too small, it fit and I feel totally comfortable make all the hard work worth it.
Don’t give up, I promise it will be worth it.
