1 cup coconut milk + 1/4 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp extra virgin cold-milled coconut oil
1 tbsp organic ghee (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
A pinch ground cinnamon
A pinch of Himalayan salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
Low carb sweetener, as per taste
-Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and gently warm ingredients while whisking together.
-Carefully transfer hot liquid into a blender. Blend until frothy, about 30 seconds.
Serve hot and drink immediately.
It can be very easy to overdo it when eating nuts. I put some in a ziplock bag or small plastic container so I’m not tempted to just keep eating 🤦🏼♀️ This small amount is 21 grams of fat and 2 net carbs. 5 ingredient Almond Walnut Bark
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave with the coconut oil. Stir after 20 seconds and repeat until melted. Fold in almonds and walnuts.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and with a rubber spatula scoop the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread out to an even layer.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Once its set let it sit out to reach room temperate then cut up into pieces. Store in a container in the refrigerator or freezer. 16 servings only 3 net carbs per piece!

When you’re too lazy to construct a taco salad, make a quick lunch of lettuce-wrapped taco boats! Finding sugar-free taco seasoning is hard. I recommend making your own (lots of easy recipes on Pinterest). My mom was able to find me a container of bulk mix at a nearby Amish village (Shipshewana if you’re in Michigan). A little cheese, sour cream, and verde -roll those puppies and chomp away!

🥚An egg-cellent choice for an easy to make & yummy breakfast!
🥓We wanted to share this recipe from @cleanfoodcrush, she rocks!
🥑Makes 2 servings
4 large free-range eggs
2-3 Tbsp. water
1 small ripe avocado, lightly mashed
2-3 slices nitrate-free bacon, cooked to your liking
2 Tbsps shredded cheese (optional)
coconut or avocado oil cooking spray
Place a medium nonstick pan over medium heat, then arrange inside 4 mason jar lids (centers removed).
Lightly spray with cooking spray. Very gently crack eggs into the centers of the lids and lightly whisk with a fork to break up the yolk.
Pour water around the lids and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the egg is just set.
Remove lid and top eggs with cheese if you like.
Cook until the cheese is slightly melted, about 1 minute more.
Gently flip the egg "bun" side without the cheese onto the plate. Top with mashed avocado and cooked bacon.
Assemble as shown, and enjoy!
