I know these photos aren’t the best photos but I’m so proud of myself. I’ve been doing keto for two months now and I’ve lost 6kg so far. I’ve gone from a size 12 to fitting into my size 8 skinny jeans that wouldn’t even go over my thighs.
I just want to say a big thank you to @lowcarbemporium for all the amazing keto friendly products they’ve sent me and a huge thank you to @mz_keto, @jazgoesfitspo, @josefrakich and @ketoguido for all the keto inspiration and recipes you post.
So I really find the white monster zero ultra super boring, buuuut I have a case I'm working through of it so I like to add SF syrup to it. It's like $7 at a whole sale store for the torani syrups and I only use one or two squirts of each, and it lasts months at a time. 🤠
Tonight I have blueberry, strawberry and watermelon in my monster 😋
